During our recent visit to the area we went to this place for brunch as it was recommended by my cousin. Although it was a 20 minute drive it was worth it. Enjoyed the Parathas . They were just like homemade food.The employees were friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend

We’ve been visiting Saanjhi Rasoi almost every month since 6-7yrs, mainly because we enjoy their stuffed parathas. However, over time we’ve noticed a steady decline in both quantity and quality while the prices keep going up.
Currently, a plate of two parathas costs $15.99 + HST and comes with yogurt, pickle, and butter. Unfortunately, the parathas are getting lighter and the portions of pickle and butter are so small that they’re hardly enough for even one paratha. When I raised this with the staff, I was told I could “buy extra”—which feels like a way to make more money off customers. Even the extra portions we ordered were much smaller than before.
We also tried their sarson ka saag and makki di roti, but the saag tasted more like it came from a tin—completely bland and lacking authenticity.
If prices are increasing, the restaurant should ensure that customers are still receiving good value with proper quality and portions. Otherwise, they risk losing loyal customers who have been supporting them for a long time.

Hi, I’m really upset today. I’ve clearly mentioned in my tiffin slip multiple times that I do not want bhartha, yet it keeps getting sent again and again. This issue has been going on for the past six months, and it’s honestly very frustrating.
We work hard to earn our money, and it’s disappointing to see such carelessness in service. When customers are paying for a meal, their preferences should be respected.
This repeated mistake shows poor management and a lack of attention. Please take this seriously and ensure it doesn’t happen again.

I had great experiance with Sanjhi Rasoi. I tried their Makki di Roti with Sarson da Saag – and it was nothing short of amazing! The saag tasted just like the kind we’ve had back home in Punjab The service was equally impressive. The staff was kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made the whole experience even more special. I specially reccomened to people visit over there and try different testy food.
