I usually visit this cafe on weekends for a good coffee. No doubt the coffee’s are very great but the staff is really rude and this does not make any sense to be rude with a customer when they are being nice and I am never gonna come here and I am gonna always criticise this cafe for their staffs bad behaviour and their way of attending customers.

It's really a chore. Food was fine. Coffee was ok. Service was miserable. In a town full of coffee shops there are a lot of better alternatives. Employes need to change their attitude if they cant then hire a good one who knows how to deal with a customer Very disappointed You guys ruined my sunday coffee

seems like they’re closing time is much before 9 PM because at 8:50 PM on thursday August 08 they had locked the doors 10 minutes before the closing time and the two girls were just staring at us through the door and say “we’re closed”. Be mindful of the operating hours because people take time out of their busy day to visit this location only to find out that you guys spontaneously closed at your own convenience.

I went around seven p m and I was not greeted properly whatsoever. The lady at the front looked at me. As if she was doing me a favor and this was not her job to greet me go ahead and get me by my order. Once I said my drink that I wanted, she carelessly just stared at my face as if I was supposed to tell her what to do next. I then advise that I wanna collect point. S and I give her my phone number, which was a red flag right away.
That this, the employee has no sense of customer service and I would never ever come back to this branch ever again and really going to boycott second cup, as this is the eighth or 10th time. Some bad customer services happened. I want management to contact me so I can lodge a formal complaint.

Came here with some family recently. Use to come here all the time. But my latest experience has deterred me from wanting to return to this particular location. When I came it was late afternoon I had the intention to have a nice cup of coffee and maybe some dessert. First thing noticed there were a couple of young white female employees, while I was ordering they were staring at their phones on social media and not even regarding a word I was saying. No eye contact, rude attitudes, no acknowledgement whatsoever. I ordered 2 large coffees, they gave me the wrong blends. When I ask them to correct their mistake. They seemed incredibly annoyed as if in some way I was inconveniencing them. I said please and thank you. No responses from them whatsoever no “you’re welcome”. My family member was also not impressed with their apparent display of rudeness. Also when I use to come here regularly along time ago the coffee always tasted good and fresh. It tasted like absolutely garbage. While I was sitting in the cafe they proceeded to treat other customers in a similar manner. And staring at their phones instead of being polite human beings. Do better. Will not return to this location

Used to love coming here to study/hang out; drinks and food are pretty good, the cookies are really good when they are soft, but can sometimes be hard/stale. As for the service, its very 50/50. Most of the employees are really nice and helpful! But some of them can be very cold and off-putting, specifically there are a few white girls (apologies as I don't have their names) who always seem annoyed and rude. I completely sympathize with all service industry workers and understand they might be tired, but every single time I go they treat people the same way and have a mean and unwelcoming demeanour. I no longer really go to this location as much because of this.

I understand that it's busy and whatnot but abit of acknowledgement and a hello or even a just a moment would have been nice. But I didn't get that when I came in. So I just left because no one wanted to take my order. Second cup will be a second cup.. drinks are always good just the service at this location sucks

I make it a habit to visit Second Cup on the weekends, indulging in my favorites like the caramel corretto or a uniquely flavored coffee. Isaac, who often serves me, is exceptional at suggesting new delights that never disappoint. The entire staff is not only hardworking but also incredibly kind, always ready to offer great recommendations with a smile. Their consistent excellent service and warm atmosphere bring me back nearly every week. I find that this location has better coffee than the limited alternatives nearby - since the quality is highly consistent.
