I usually go to the second cup ay Yorkdale mall but since I moved to Brampton I haven't visited in a few months. I was craving cheesecake. After I paid boy the disappointment kicked in. 1. The size of the slice was soo small(usually I could share...well not this time) 2. The topping didn't look that fresh When I got home later to eat it, it didn't taste as good as before and I couldn't eat the cherry topping it was so thick it didn't even move. It just turned me off. Probably won't order that from this location again.

This location has become my favourite spot lately. I asked the staff for their recommended coffee, and honestly, it was the best decision. From the very first sip, my taste buds fell in love with the Cinnamon Toast Latte. The staff is wonderful, and I find myself coming back again and again. In my opinion, it’s the best coffee and the best café in Brampton

Management told me to give him two good reviews if I want to exchange my order which tasted horrible. His name is harkirat i was willing to pay more but he was telling me and my cousin to give his store two good reviews to get an exchange on an item. It was disgusting to be frank. Never have I experienced such behaviour from a store owner what happened to satisfying the customer. Im a loyal customer and i loved second cup i tried a new drink with coconut syrup which was so bad due to the horrible artificial taste I was simply going to get another drink and pay the difference at first he refused and says we don’t do those kind of things here we’re not Starbucks then when he decided in his little brain that it would be a good idea to bargain with us like we’re in a fish market and tell us to give him two good reviews and then he’ll give us an exchange for the drink not only did he want the review from Me but he dragged my cousin into it as well which was so embarrassing. She had nothing to do with it and he wanted a good review from her as well. Such low level of customer service and embarrassing he did this in front of the whole store. Here is your review sir enjoy.

I have been coming to this Location since November. And I am pleased to say I have had a great experience every single time. The location is clean the drinks are so tasty And the breakfast cookie is great for those who have gluten allergies or sensitivity (I’ve been told by family members the other baked goods are also delicious) Also I can not sing the praises enough for Isaac and Koshvi. they both knew my usual before I could even say it. You make my trips to your shop even better . Canadian owned, Canadian run, Canadian coffee shop. With good coffee good baked goods and great staff, What more could you ask for?
