I am usually visiting in this location, my favourite drink is Iced Caramel Corretto, but last weekend on Sun Aug 24th around 11am30, I came to order my drink and the cashier gave me the drink which he already made before even I asked him very nicely doing in my cup, then he poured the drink he made before directly in my cup in front of me, I asked him again that drink he already made before, and he said he just do it. I aslo saw he did the same with the customer next to me, how he can know what the customer want to order. I was really disappointed at that time, I dont want to waste my money and time to get the drink like this.

Waited over half an hour for 4 drinks for my children & I. There were originally 2 people working but the guy walked off. They weren't busy and not friendly at all. This location and the location at quarry edge have gone so down hill over the past 6 months. I believe its the same owners. Horrible service. Unfriendly staff. Wont be returning.

I usually enjoy visiting Second Cup at Bramalea City Centre but was disappointed by my experience last weekend (Sunday). I stopped by to order my favorite Almond Date Smoothie, only to be told they were out of bananas and couldn’t make it.

This happened early on a busy Sunday morning a peak time for customer traffic, which made it even more frustrating. What’s worse is that there’s a grocery store located right upstairs in the same mall. It’s hard to understand why the staff wouldn’t take the initiative to restock such a basic ingredient, especially for a signature item.

It gave the impression of poor planning and a lack of attention to customer experience. As a regular customer, I left feeling let down. I hope this location takes steps to improve consistency and better meet customer expectations.

It was an amazing experience with second cup today. Beautiful girls wafa & Lyrique took my order and made me delicious drink. They made my day better. I would love to come again and again here . Thank you

Disappointing Service Experience

Stopped by today for a coffee and left feeling quite let down. I asked the server to add two creams and sugar to my drink, but he just pointed to the side and said, “It’s over there, you can add it.” If I’m paying for a coffee, I don’t expect to have to prepare it myself—especially after making a clear request.

This kind of dismissive attitude really takes away from the experience. A little courtesy and effort from the staff can make a big difference. I hope management pays attention and trains their team better in customer service.
