I usually enjoy visiting Second Cup at Bramalea City Centre but was disappointed by my experience last weekend (Sunday). I stopped by to order my favorite Almond Date Smoothie, only to be told they were out of bananas and couldn’t make it.

This happened early on a busy Sunday morning a peak time for customer traffic, which made it even more frustrating. What’s worse is that there’s a grocery store located right upstairs in the same mall. It’s hard to understand why the staff wouldn’t take the initiative to restock such a basic ingredient, especially for a signature item.

It gave the impression of poor planning and a lack of attention to customer experience. As a regular customer, I left feeling let down. I hope this location takes steps to improve consistency and better meet customer expectations.

It was an amazing experience with second cup today. Beautiful girls wafa & Lyrique took my order and made me delicious drink. They made my day better. I would love to come again and again here . Thank you

Disappointing Service Experience

Stopped by today for a coffee and left feeling quite let down. I asked the server to add two creams and sugar to my drink, but he just pointed to the side and said, “It’s over there, you can add it.” If I’m paying for a coffee, I don’t expect to have to prepare it myself—especially after making a clear request.

This kind of dismissive attitude really takes away from the experience. A little courtesy and effort from the staff can make a big difference. I hope management pays attention and trains their team better in customer service.

My cousin won us free drinks. The service was so amazing, the two employees were amazing. The atmosphere was good, we were talking loudly, like a hangout and nobody told us we were disturbing or we should leave. I think the mocha frappe is super good, but maybe more sugar or whip cream to balance the bitterness.

I used to work at all three Second Cup branches in Brampton. Barista for 7 years. We were always taught to be careful of how we steam milk. While waiting for my drinks, I took note of how the milk was already being steamed incorrectly, it should never sound like it's screaming.

Today was VERY disappointing. Leaving with my drinks, I could barely hold them. I went back and asked if this was steamed at the right temperature. And I was met with a questioning face and a hint of attitude. He said he'll give me cups, and tossed two extra cups. Not addressing the actual problem. When I asked if these were safe to consume, I was met with 'you're gonna have to wait 10 mins'. What's the point of owning a franchise if you don't care about the product you're putting out? I wouldve gone to Tim Hortons if I wanted coffee that wasn't made properly. Might as well close.

I had a disappointing experience today at this location . The staff provided a poor service, were inattentive, and even displayed unprofessional behaviour , such as making faces when asked for assistance. This made me feel unwelcome and under valued as a customer . I hope the management takes steps to train the staff on maintaining professionalism and delivering respectful customer service.

This coffee franchise used to be amazing, but it’s completely fallen apart since the ownership changed. No professional baristas—just family members who clearly don’t know how to make coffee. My “cappuccino” tasted like colored water, and it took 20 minutes to get it. To make matters worse, it was made by two guys who looked like thugs. While waiting, I had to endure the sight of a woman sitting there with her shoes off—definitely not something you want to see at 8:30 AM. The whole experience was an absolute mess. Never coming back!
