They always open late , never pick up the phone. Absolutely nonprofessional. They serve food as if they are giving you a favour, same desi attitude 👎. It’s 11:40 and they are closed whereas the google shows open. No answer on the phone.

I visited Shahi Tandoor recently with my family after my ultrasound appointment. Unfortunately, the experience felt very unwelcoming. The cashier was quite cold from the start — we weren’t offered a menu or even water, and I had to walk up myself to ask. When we ordered one biryani to share (since we just wanted a quick meal), I was told we should order more because we’re a big family. I also had to request extra plates for my kids, which she said they don’t usually give out. She eventually did, but it was said in a way that felt uncomfortable. The food was okay, but the service and attitude were disappointing. Families should be treated with warmth and respect, no matter how much they order.

Very bad experience, they do not give you tab water and charge for every water bottle. When you ask tissue they will just gave 1 although we have family of three, we had to ask 3 times to get 4 tissues as it is not allowed to cashier to gave extra tissues. Pathetic.

But the real letdown was the food. We ordered several dishes, but each one was lacking in flavor and quality. The portions were also tiny, leaving us still hungry after finishing our meal. For the prices they're charging, I expect a lot better. Would not recommend."
