It was fourth time there because of the Food is good but I have realized that their service is very poor. The owner of the restaurant is really rude. She is ready to take the order but never ready to greet her customers. I prefer takeout but refused to dine in.

I’ve been such a loyal customer of this place and had always enjoyed their Kheer. I was told before by them if we want to place a large Kheer (tray) order we need to order atleast a day in advance.This time I was dining in and placed an order for the Kheer to pick up 2 days later and gave them a time in the evening I’ll be picking up. I offered to pay in advance since I was already there, the lady at the reception said I can pay when I pick up. We get to the restaurant 50 minutes after the time we had told her we’d be picking it up, so instead of 7:30pm we reached 8:20pm and she said “someone picked it up on our behalf” and we asked “who?” Upon which she revealed she sold it to someone else because we came late.WHATTT? As a business that was absolutely not okay to do and the fact she didn’t offer any other options, (ex. a smaller Kheer order or anything they can provide in replacement) we left extremely disappointed. I’m okay with people making mistakes, but services like this makes me never want to return to a business.I will happily give this place up and my favourite food items for the absolutely horrible service I received, and no apology.

My son loves Butter Chicken - so we planned for a simple late afternoon lunch. There is no complain about taste, quantity and atmosphere - actually there no scope. Highly satisfied with their hospitality too. I wish this restaurant continues business with future generations in coming. One of the best choice for HALAL lovers in Brampton.
