It's soo unfortunate because the service was amazing and the girl was nice but the funnel cake was Rock hard!! It was covered up with the ice cream so we wouldn't see it for the price of almost 15$ for thr funnel cake I'm floored because it was so tiny very small. I used to order it and it was filling up the box now it looks like a little waffle highly disappointed.

We ordered burger ,patties and Manchurian rice, and the entire order was extremely disappointing. Everything tasted stale, and the patties were completely spoiled ;after taking one bite, I noticed the filling was black and moldy. It was honestly a terrible and unsafe experience. The food had no freshness or taste at all. Very disappointing quality.

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but wow — the Ferrero Rocher churros from Shake It & Co were a major letdown. They were hard, dry, and tasted like they'd been sitting out since last week. Absolutely no crunch or warmth, just sadness. If you're going to serve churros, at least make sure they’re fresh. Skip these and stick to the milkshakes — maybe they remember how to make those properly.
