Shelby's Legendary Shawarma - Montpelier

The food is good but customer service is bad, for a food chain that has many locations and is so popular they do not care at all about their customers, I found a bone in my wrap and contacted Shelby’s customer service and never heard back, the least they could do is compensate and answer emails, we eat here a lot but when customer service lacks, you feel like you should not give them business and it feels they only care about money.

Went on National Shawarma Day at 9 PM… only to find the door locked with no sign or explanation. We could see people and staff inside, but no one acknowledged us or gave any information. Very disappointing experience.
Went to Osmow’s and enjoyed delicious shawarma.

My recent visit to Shelby was a truly delightful experience, particularly the food, which was absolutely delicious. The service was also outstanding, with the staff being both friendly and attentive. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the establishment was quite impressive.

I’ve had 3 bites…. Extremely disappointed with the amount considering the price is way more than a shawarma bowl.

Also on uber the menu has words changed around like “brotein” and “sbices”. Made it hard to order and was just strange.

Please be careful when ordering from Uber eats when you buy from some deal they will put less portion by less I mean very less half bowl almost I was disappointed and they also put tawook in my chicken bowl which they put when it's too old so I am not satisfied the standard is getting low day by day the new branches are doing good but the old one lost their perfection... Its me again after 5 months and still the same issue very very less quantity on uber not recommended
