The food is good but customer service is bad, for a food chain that has many locations and is so popular they do not care at all about their customers, I found a bone in my wrap and contacted Shelby’s customer service and never heard back, the least they could do is compensate and answer emails, we eat here a lot but when customer service lacks, you feel like you should not give them business and it feels they only care about money.

My recent visit to Shelby was a truly delightful experience, particularly the food, which was absolutely delicious. The service was also outstanding, with the staff being both friendly and attentive. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the establishment was quite impressive.

Overall, I would be very pleased to return to Shelby, as it offers wonderful food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a clean environment. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a pleasant dining...

The Shawarma is a good change from the typical ones you get at the other places. A bit more similar to what you get back in the middle east. You have the option to order at the counter or at the kiosk and you still have the option to customize if you use the kiosk.
