Today we had the Sarson da Saag and Makki di Roti, and it was simply outstanding! The flavors were authentic and reminded us of true Punjabi home-style cooking. The saag was rich and perfectly spiced, and the makki di roti was soft, fresh, and served hot with a generous dollop of butter.
