We stopped by for lunch and were the only customers in the restaurant, which already said a lot. Despite being completely empty, the service was very slow. The server barely acknowledged us when we greeted her, speaking so softly it was hard to even tell if she responded. The place felt unwelcoming and poorly managed.
What really turned us off was the lack of cleanliness — there were rice particles scattered on the floor and even a fly buzzing around. If the restaurant is empty, it would make sense for the staff to keep the place tidy instead of waiting around.
After pressing the call button to order and waiting far too long, we decided to leave. We went next door to Shelby’s Shawarma instead, where the service was quick, the staff were friendly, and the space was much cleaner. Definitely not an experience we’d recommend or return to.

Very disappointed with my order from Simply Indian on Uber Eats. I ordered two items, but one was missing when the order arrived. When I called the restaurant, a girl answered and said it was the Uber driver’s mistake. But that doesn’t make sense — if the restaurant gives only one bag, the driver can only deliver one bag. It clearly shows a lack of responsibility and poor customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again.

We just picked up 2 chaats from this location and 2 hrs ago. 4 of my family members ate the chaat and ended up throwing up. There was clearly something bad in the chaat if all 4 people started throwing up but the one member who didn't eat any of the food from here was perfectly fine. Never coming here again and maybe the health inspectors should go check the place out
