I’m Palestinian and have had both traditional Kunafa and Dubai style Kunafa many times. I understand this dessert is meant to be sweet, but the Dubai Chocolate Kunafa slice here was excessively sweet, much more than I’ve ever had before. It overpowered the flavour and wasn’t enjoyable for me personally.
