I ordered the Double Cheeseburger and the Biggie, their version of a Philly cheesesteak, with fries. The meal was decent, but nothing stood out. Both the burger and the steak could really use more seasoning (even a little extra salt would make a difference). The Biggie does have fresh veggies like bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions, which add some nice flavor. Overall, the food was okay, but not memorable, and the pricing feels steep for what you get. The burger is pretty small, and the Biggie alone costs around $20 on Uber Eats, not really worth it in my opinion. I might order again but there are definitely better places offering similar food for a better value.

First of all, there's no greeting when you walk in. Even after standing in front the register while staff is looking at you. Finally a lady comes from the back with black latex on. Never change gloves. Took our orders in the computer with the same gloves on. Waited 25min for two burgers. Noticed a lot of orders going take out. If you request any more toppings they won't do it. The person taking your order will note it LIKE EXTRA PICKLES. HOWEVER NO EXTRA PICKLES IN THE BURGER. Burgers are cooked one way with overwhelming sauce. Not worth it. Two burgers - single smash and triple smash with fries. $43.00 I live 3 blocks away. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ENTER THAT PLACE. I also got pictures. But there's no upload option.

The beef is good quality , the beef patties are very thin , got triple beef burger about $16 with tax, and it was not filling. Can easily eat 2-3 triple burger.

Good fast food smash burgers, but wait times are often ridiculous. Almost every time I order I'm waiting more than 25-30 minutes for simple orders.
The point of fast food is for it to be served promptly. I'm normally really patient but this place tests my limits. Needs improvement in speed of service for sure.
