My wife bought the Red Peas Soup for me,there was no Meat, full of dumplings and Potatoes and no taste that I'm accustomed to having,if they don't improve the quantity it won't last,Shame shame!service and quality needs to step up.

This has got to be the worst Superlious location I have ever been to. I found a hair in my soup, and when I called to report it, the manager told me it was impossible for that to happen with no apology, no concern, and no accountability.

Even though I don’t live close to the location, I drove down there to address the issue in person, only to be met with rudeness and complete dismissal. The manager was ignorant, disrespectful, and even smiled in my face while I tried to explain the situation. The woman working there was equally rude and unprofessional.

This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Your employees are representing your brand terribly, and if this is how they treat paying customers, it’s only a matter of time before this location’s reputation goes downhill. I will never return and will make sure to warn others not to spend their money there.

Souperlicious on Bovaird is more than just a
restaurant, it's a beautiful, local experience run by genuinely caring mother and son duo. You can feel the pride and passion they put into their work with every spoonful-it truly feels like coming home to a loved one's kitchen.

I came specifically for the Red Pea Soup on a doctor's recommendation for fiber, and it exceeded every expectation. The soup had a perfect, savory blend of lentils and oxtail, providing deep, comforting flavor while being incredibly fresh. It's an authentic dish that warms the soul.

This spot is a beautiful place to visit, and the dedication of the owners to creating fresh, homemade, and delicious meals shines through. If you want high-quality, authentic, homestyle soups, this is the only place to go. Highly, highly recommended!

Imagine this is the “breakfast special” that they are advertising and charging $15 for. This is nothing more than a kids meal and they have the audacity to be charging people $15 for this. I reached home and I was shocked to see what I payed $15 for. I’m so disappointed and if I wasn’t far, I would bring it right back. Do better. This is ridiculous. Never again.

I ordered via Uber today and was pleasantly surprised, the food was delicious. I have ordered Oxtail with Rice and Peas from a few restaurants in the Brampton area. This was by far the best in taste and presentation. Will definitely buy again. Thank you to the lady with whom I spoke after I had put in my order.

I visited Superlicious at Bovaird & Kennedy and had an excellent experience. My server, Mary, did an outstanding job — she was professional, attentive, and courteous throughout my breakfast.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a pleasant vibe. The restaurant was extremely clean, and the aroma of freshly prepared food made the visit even more enjoyable.

I ordered the hominy corn porridge, callaloo breakfast, and chicken soup. The wait time for the soup was reasonable since it’s usually ready by 10 AM, and I had arrived just before then.

The customer service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious — I left completely satisfied.

Superlicious Brampton location — keep up the excellent work! 👏👍👌

Every time I go there to order red pea soup they tell me no meat, doesn't matter the time of day, No Meat....management needs to get there act together and stop this nonsense.

Bought a large red peas and oxtail soup today but I am always hoping I get oxtail in my red peas soup but like always it CHUNKS OF BEEF AND NOT oxtail. Yall need to stop lying to ppl and put the correct ingredients there just put red peas soup with beef. This is the third time so I know yall lying about the oxtail in the red peas soup. False advertising and incorrect wording on uber. Gonna stick to Jamaica house red peas soup.

I’ve been going to this restaurant for a while, first of all the people person skills needs to improve, the food also needs improvement, everytimd I purchase soup, the server would put back the meat and add pure bone, flour is so cheap and when your eating your soup, lucky you get one dumpling, so much improvements is needed that today was my last time I would visit. I bought cow foot soup and a curry goat and white rice. It’s definitely below par

It's refreshing to see a restaurant that truly prioritizes the customer experience. From the moment you walk in, the commitment to excellent service is clear. A well-deserved thank you to the entire staff and management team for raising the bar and making every visit feel valued and appreciated. Your dedication does not go unnoticed!
