f i could give zero stars i would. not sure how an establishment has no management to speak to. confused why i was charged for double shot drinks when i asked and confirmed for singles. why ask if we want a single or double then not take what we asked. on top of that why ask that and then tell me after complaining that there’s no such thing as a single shot drink…?not sure why all our food was cold. Aubrey, should not work in a service industry. they have zero sense of compromise or care for customers. i will not be returning here after that. and i don’t recommend to any one else either.

Paid EXTRA for onion rings instead of fries in my takeout order and got barely a handful. Really disappointing portions for the price. Wings were also BARELY sauced - definitely won’t be ordering from this location again

RUDE WORKERS. Don’t know how to attend a phone call. Girl with the braids laughed. While I’m talking to the other female waitress. No gravy no dil sauce. Put it in the notes. Pick up order. I’m ashamed that they were hired here. I asked for dil sauce and they said no. Unbelievable. Ashamed. Disappointed. I don’t want to email the manager or owner. That’s what they usually reply with. They should teach customer service skills because they lack a lot.

Worst wings I have ever had!! Will never order again. Extremely dry, overcooked, no sauce, and chicken tasted old. Had to throw them all out.

Visited the restaurant 3pm on Friday afternoon. The boneless wings were under sauced and rubbery. The service was not good. Server was unfriendly, inattentive, and never cleared a single dish from the table. Will not be back.

I don’t leave reviews but this place gave me burnt food, service was awful, my waiter was rude and had a bad attitude. no manager anywhere, fruit flies everywhere! awful! my husband was excited to take me here for the first time and such bad time

We had an amazing experience!!! Our server Johanna was so attentive and kind, we had the spinach dip and the calamari which our server recommended and it was so good! The food came out quick and our server always made sure to check up on us! we will be back!

Came to here with my family for Wing Sanity and honestly had such a memorable time!! The all you can eat wings were such a good deal since we got to try so many different sauces and everything came out fresh. On top of that, we felt taken care of the whole time. Johanna was our server and she was amazing! She made hilarious jokes and had overall had engaging energy. She also gave us really good sauce recommendations (highly recommend the Spicy Garlic Parm), was quick with refills, and kept checking in!

We’ll definitely be back :)
