Great spot for good food and chill vibes. Everything came out fresh and tasty, and the service was top-notch. Big shoutout to Sarah—super friendly and on point. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Me and my friend ordered 2 Lbs wings each with 2 different sauces(at half price which is the Tuesday special)

I don't even know where to start with the problems as nothing about my order was done correctly.

My friend ordered buffalo + garpar and I ordered 92 bbq + st Louis hot

Right of the bat, Taste of the wings on their own was off as the foul burnt smell of the oil ruined the flavour completely. Not sure who is charge of quality checking.

Is it possible that a 4 chilli rated st Louis hot could taste same as a 1 chilli Buffalo??
Brought this to the server's attention and she said, probably your spice tolerance is really good.

I was amazed at that response.
My Virgin Ceasar was very lackluster and it was money down the drain since I left half my food right there.

St. Louis is one of my favourite restaurants. I always order from the other location at BCC however because they were closed I decided to try the other one. Big mistake! I ordered through Uber eats and got the Nachos as well as the Garlic sticks. On the Uber website it says the Nachos come with only cheese, pico de gallo and sour cream and salsa. However after I ordered I called to confirm what was on the nachos as my boyfriend doesn’t eat jalapeños , they told me they did in fact do come with those but not to worry they will make sure it’s not on ours- mind you the server was extremely rushy on the phone I was worried if she even listened or cared. After receiving our order and open the box it did in fact have jalapeños all over. My boyfriend wasn’t going to eat them but I figured I would still go ahead, just to find a long black hair underneath the nachos. The Pizza garlic bread sticks were dark brown and very hard, nothing like I’ve ever had from St. Louis and as I said it’s one of my favourite places to go to/ order. Extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from this location ever again!!

I’ve been here twice in last 2 months both times were horrid the food was cold the food didn’t even seem cooked inside the first time our waiter even seen and spoke to the chefs and we got 0 money off or refund then the second time I came in for a pick up order and tasted the wing there because I had a bad feeling already the food was not hot the waiter even agreed then I waited for the food again just to see that the chicken inside did not look good very pink very glossy and not hot. Yet again 0 refund 0 money off that’s 60$ almost in 2 trips for 2 bad experiences me and my friends who have been coming here for a while will not recommend or ever eat from this location again.I almost never leave any sort of reviews but this is ridiculous.

The Food at this Location is Ok. Not Great. Most of the Food is Fried. Not Fried well, but still Eatable. Nothing about their Menu Stands Out. It doesn't make them Unique. Alcohol Drinks are Overpriced here. 1 or 2 Flavors of Soda are always Out anytime I go here. The Chairs they use at this Location are Extremely Uncomfortable, the Tables are Very Wobbly. The TV's are a Nice Touch, but the huge one divided into 4 is close to unwatchable for Sports. The other ones are Ok, if your ok with a Kinked Neck the Next Day. They barely give any Napkins at this Location when you get Food. The Food takes a while to come, for Mediocre Food. Dessert Menu is close to Non-Existent. Only have 3-4 Dessert Items. No New Creations. No Limited Time Stuff for Dessert. The Menus here are Old and Dirty. Reused too much. Tables are Too Small to Accommodate 2 Plates of Food. The Woman who Work here are Hideous. I'm not too sure if they follow the Dress Code when Working here. I've seen many Times the Girls who Work here, Too Short Skirts, Top Portion of their Body Flopping Out. I've even seen the Waitresses Flirt with the Customers! I've also seen Kissing, Hugging, Holding/Massaging The Hips at this Location. Very Unprofessional. This Place also gets Very Cold when Eating here in the Evening, as there is No Barrier between the Front Door and the Front of House. Have to bring a Heavy Sweater when Eating here in Fall/Winter. Washrooms here are Ok, occasionally have to Ask for Toilet Paper. Wish this Place was better

This location used to be good but their food has gone downhill. Ordered the family meal on UberEats and for close to $100 I got 5lbs of overcooked and dry wings and less than half a box of fries. Also instead of sauce on the wings I asked for it on the side and got two tiny containers (see photos) of sauce that definitely cannot cover 5lbs of wings. Will not order from here or visit again.

Came here for an afternoon lunch today. It was during a slower time so it made dine-in more peaceful. I was greeted by the lovely server Jasmine who promptly had me seated and took my order.

For the food, I ordered the 2lbs wings with a side of fries. The food was fresh and tasted great.

Overall, the experience was really good for the lunch time. Biggest shoutout to Jasmine who was consistent and made the time spent here enjoyable. Thanks!

I was going there almost every weekend I was a regular customer I went there with my father one time ended up having one drink after he ordered dinner to take home from my mom I stayed behind I went outside and I stayed out there to have a couple smokes and when I came back in I asked for another drink and she told me it was my last one and cut me off and then told me I needed to get out and she didn't even want me to sit outside where the chairs were even though I had a bad back to wait for my dad to come pick me up they won't let me talk to a manager or anything I don't know what I did wrong and I was treated very poorly by the girl with the blonde hair that does the bartending she's a little pudgy and very rude I never did anything wrong I didn't get drunk I had two drinks and she just told me I can refuse to serve you I would still like to know what I did wrong to this day even though it happened a couple months ago

When I got my water it had white and red particles in it
