The first thing I saw when I entered to the restaurant is a hair on dessert when I pointed this out to the owner he said will replace that plate, they just took the hair out and served the same dessert. I ordered a plate of pakoda.The moment my friend took a bite she puked the food. The food was stinking and the veg stuffed in pakora was rotten again we informed this to the owner and he said it is freshly made such an ignorant attitude and we were offered for new plate of food, we denied taking it and ordered dhokla and tea. The irony is we never got any compensation or never the owner came back to ensure this will never happen. NEVER GOING BACK to LOW STANDARD SWEET &RESTAUNRANTS . They never kept the standard as their name says.

True Indian cuisine is characterized by a balanced and harmonious blend of spices, not merely by overwhelming heat. I went there to dine-in and went to Wash my hands and the washroom was disgusting and upon sitting I saw a rat (in the picture) moreover when the order came there was a hair on the spring roll which even a guy with weak eyes could see but they served it anyway. Honestly two of these incidents in one day is not acceptable. Don't ever go there if you want to stay healthy and they don't even deserve a single star. Hopefully the food and safety ministry sees this and take action against it.

The noodle burger was an epic disaster, requested not spicy and in return all i got was ketchup infused noodles, 1 SLICE of onion with an aloo tikki less than an inch long inside a stale and crumbly bun!!! Never going there again. Abolutely terrible in addition to the sweets I ordered, they tasted old and an after taste of gasoline??? Horrible!

My family is tea lover you can get tea very yummy in just 2$ I love this restaurant. I ordered huge amount food when my husband did payment we were confused just this amount for big order of food. Standard Sweets helped organize a langar day at North Park Secondary School. The food was exceptional and enjoyed by all students with no complaints. They brought the food in thermal boxes to keep it warm throughout the langar. The food was amazing and I recommend Standard Sweets for all authentic Punjabi cuisine/catering.Vegetarian options: They have amazing vegetarian options to serve for Langar and other vegetarian needs.
