Just order double smoked bacon, egg and cheddar Breakfast bun look like Not Fresh. Very Disappointed From the Service and there is No Singh working there.

Worst Starbucks location. Whether you order from Doordash or Skip, or call ahead to go over your delivery order, they always get something wrong. We have received the wrong drink twice. Looking at the reviews it seems I'm not the only one with this experience and it seems to happen in-store too, not just delivery. Ive never had such a bad experience at a Starbucks location, they're usually pretty on point. But this location needs some work and better management.

I love Starbucks and have always had great experiences—but unfortunately, my visit to this Brampton location was very disappointing. This was my first time here, and I waited nearly 15 minutes for my drink. When I asked the staff about my order, one of the employees said he had just noticed it and would make it, but then ignored me again and handed the drink to someone else who ordered later. It was truly the worst service I’ve ever experienced at Starbucks. I hope the management addresses this so no one else has to face the same.

Ordered a caramel crunch no whip and got this drink that taste nothing like it. Oat milk was not shaken in the box. Drink very watery very disappointing. I usually do not leave reviews but this was that horrible. Had an appointment and could not turn around for
A refund. I’m very disappointed

Went through the drive-thru this afternoon and asked the employee working it what tea is good for a headache. She responded, “I am not a doctor…”. I don’t think she realized how it came across and I was feeling too unwell to make a big deal about.

For future, I would hope someone preparing/selling tea would at least have a general idea of different products and what they’re good for. Otherwise they need to do better training and also need to do better training about how to respond more appropriately in a customer-focused position.

The Home Office Opportunity

I ordered a venti dragon fruit for my daughter with extra dragon fruit pieces as I have been told I can ask for this with no charge. Today they are charging me extra for dragon. Fruit pieces with no receipt ….. I’m so over this new Starbucks service . Smh
