This place deserves all the stars. The staff here is consistently amazing. I’m very particular about my chai latte, and they make it to perfection every single time.
On the rare occasion I’ve shared that it wasn’t quite right, they’ve never complained — not once. They simply remake it with kindness and care. That level of service really stands out.
I genuinely love this location. It’s my go-to Starbucks — I’d rather come here or not at all

This location has always let me down. Every year I give it a shot to see if staff have changed but time and time I am disappointed. Service is extremely slow (expect to wait atleast 10-15 minutes after you’ve ordered), staff are rude (no greeting, no pleasantries, dont even expect a smile), and the drinks are barely put together (my lattes always have sauces/syrups at the bottom, I’ve been missing add ons in my drinks, really no attention/care is taken).

Barista made us a coffee and was handling the cup rim. We asked for a different size just to avoid mentioning. They handled the rim with their hand again. We requested that he not touch the rim with his hands. Barista acted offended and was impolite. Won't attend this location again, and will advise EVERYONE of the poor hygienic practices of this location. It's flu season. Unacceptable.

AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET SICK. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT HYGIENE.

I always have a great experience at this location! Emma and Charm always greet me with a smile and a friendly “how are you today?” which really makes my day. I love the personal messages they write on the cups, it’s a nice touch. The team works hard, the store is always clean, and everything runs smoothly even when it’s busy. There’s great energy, clear communication, and the service is always quick and friendly. Definitely one of my favourite Starbucks locations.

Posting review after calling for 10 times n no pick up .wanted to go back but clearly weather stopped me . And they ruined the day.
Why can’t you read and make drink accordingly?
And why do we bother to order

I don’t even want to give u guys a single star, I ordered a sugar cookie oat latte at first they sent me chocolate mocha and thn they sent me this oat base vanilla cookie crumble Which is again wrong and it says vanilla but has no sweetness at all. Like really is it that hard to make the drinks u have on the menu.

There is no where to sit down at all. Didnt bother to get a drink here as i wanted to sit and enjoy it.

The white girl who manages the place needs to be Re-Trained. She is inconsiderate, unhelpful and NOT good at her job.
I’ve never had worse service from a Starbucks place before but this is by FAR the worst. I waited for 15 Minutes for only two Dark Coffees.

Do not go here.
Management, do better.

Drink was hot and ready just a little Upset over the message written on my drink I’ve been coming to multiple Starbucks locations for years and never once have I had anyone put a heart on my cup before That is something I don’t think should be written on a guest cup as it’s taken as a flirt to some woman such as my wife, So I’d appreciate if I didn’t have to have hearts written on my cup thank you message is good enough
