lady was way much talktive to one customer that she made the same order twice…and was taking ages to prepare that order.. Starbucks not paying attention!!!!

I visited this location of Starbucks for the first time . The employees Bon and Neil treated us like we use to visit their store .

Tina greets me with a warm smile and makes my day brighter every visit. Sav is so professional and kind , they make sure every drink is perfect. Charm has such a positive energy, it makes the whole Starbucks experience better.

Starbucks now charges $1 for every scoop of Green Tea Matcha. I tolerated it because I could and 3 extra to their standard 4 on a venti. Otherwise, it's bland, who knows what type of matcha they use.

I guess I'll be going to Arabica for my Green Tea Matcha.

Tried the Falafel Wrap, Spinach and Feta Wrap and a Bagel. Good veg options for breakfast and lunch.

Placed an order via Skip the Dishes and the received the complete wrong order for an Uber Eats Customer. I've never ordered from this location before and this is definitely the last. The employee didn't seem to care when I called cause of course I have to dispute with Skip the dishes whom has given me a full refund. Train your employees properly to read the right orders when given out!

This place does not have a washroom. In my knowledge all restaurants require working washrooms.

Ordered an iced chai latte with vanilla foam on top and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder, plus a pup cup for my dog — everything was perfect! Ethan and Sav are incredibly hardworking and dedicated. You can really see the effort they put into every order. Kudos to both!!
