Ordered latte. It was just pure water and milk. I don’t understand irrespective of so many bad comments quality hasn’t improved. Do yourself a favor save your 5 bucks from refraining ordering from here. So disappointed as there isn’t any close by coff shops and forced to get coffee from this place

Staff is too much lazy. Waiting more than 20 minutes just for one coffee when it’s not busy time. Disappointed with their service. Never recommend this location to anyone. Don’t come and waste your time.

Sadly Starbucks started turning into Tim Hortons, this is the benefit of hiring people with higher levels of attitude. No Hi no Hello treating like beggars

Been coming here for so many years, today was actually shocking. I payed over 15$ for two coffees and a bagel with cream cheese. Whoever was working the morning shift with one particular girl (Short light skinned girl with her hair in a bun) who was in charge of putting the food in the oven. She was so rude and clearly overwhelmed which I get but idk why she felt the need to be so rude to customers. My drinks were ready and I waited and waited but she left the bagel in the back somewhere came and handed it to me . I asked for the cream cheese which she replied “WE HAVE NONE” and walked away. I paid for it? and I can’t eat a bagel with nothing on it? She didn’t offer butter or anything? The other girl working helped and got me cream cheese she told the other girl they had a full bin of it. She clearly needs a break or training on how to speak to people. Weird behaviour.
Tae is amazing. She serves every customer with pride and joy no matter how difficult the order may be. Her happy smile makes me happy too. Keep up the outstanding work Tae!

I had an amazing experience at this Starbucks! The barista, Taeseanna was so friendly and made my drink perfectly. She took the time to customize my order just the way I like it and was really efficient despite a busy rush. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it really brightened my day. Great service all around – I’ll definitely be back!

Restaurantji Recommends
Showed up at 10:20pm
Store closed at 10:30pm
There was 2 employees inside. I pulled the door and it was locked. I knocked at the window showing them it was not 10:30 yet and Harman looked at me and walked away to the back
Then the other person came out and served us.
Super disappointed in the service. Normally Starbucks employees are pleasant. He should not be working at Starbucks or any customer service job if he has such a sour attitude towards customers.
Good barista

I’ve had the distinct pleasure of visiting this location multiple times lately, and I can confidently say it’s a truly unique experience every time. The staff here seem to have mastered the art of being both stingy and surly—a combination that’s honestly impressive. It’s almost as if they pride themselves on making the simplest of tasks feel like a monumental effort. Perhaps the most baffling part is how consistently incorrect my mobile orders are. I mean, it’s right there on the sticker—literally written out—yet every visit seems to bring a fresh batch of mistakes. How can one mess up an order when the details are in black and white right in front of you? It’s almost as if they choose to ignore it. And don’t get me started on the wait times; the line is perpetually ridiculously long, which I suppose is a good thing for them—more time for staff to show off their unmatched ability to ignore customer requests and create a sense of chaos rather than efficiency. I’ve always found it rather interesting how a place that prides itself on being a "coffee haven" can’t even get the basics right. The vibe here is less “warm and inviting” and more “rushed and bothered." The baristas, clearly overwhelmed (or perhaps just uninterested), deliver a service that’s more about their convenience than customer satisfaction. All in all, I’m not sure what’s more surprising: the constant mistakes, the indifferent attitudes, or the fact that I still seem to return, hoping for a better experience. But hey, it’s Starbucks, right? Expectations are clearly too high.
Thank you very much Jazz you were very helpful to find tumbler of my taste 💕💐💃🏻
