I’m not sure if there are options to let customers know if items are on stock or if there are possible alternatives but it sucked to receive the (charged) food/item to be delivered in an empty bag like this.

Ordered on the app at 6:25pm and the app said it would be ready 6:39pm. The staff fulfilled 1/2 drinks on the order by 6:44pm and seemingly lost the ticket for the matcha in the picture. The store was busy so I waited and at 6:50pm asked if the drink is almost ready. The worker proceeded to make someone else’s matcha and not answer my question. At 6:55pm I decided to ask a different employee about the status of my drink. They couldn’t find the order so asked to see the specifications again then finally provided the drink at 7:05pm (they closed at 7). I tasted the drink on my way out of the store and it tasted like chemicals?? Worried if there were cleaning supplies in the drink we tried to bring it back in but the doors were locked. Tried to go around the drive through and showed the employee the drink through the window and were refused service because they closed. Not only did I wait almost 40 minutes for my $10 matcha, it wasn’t fully blended and tastes unsafe to drink. I have never had an experience like this at a Starbucks and I am extremely disappointed as this was a massive waste of time and money. Don’t come here or order from them if they’re busy.

We order three times, i dont know why the are so nervous. even sardar ji jaspreet are best guy when he take the order and listen very carefully what coustmers need. when we go for order second time the other guy did jot understand what we need and how deliver the coffee. he give us coffee without flavor and when we go to the guy he give us same coffee with cup of syrup 🤣🤣. i dont think so starbuck work like this.

I recently visited this location and had such an unpleasant experience with a barista named Harnain. The behavior of this employee was rude and passive-aggressive.

From the moment I approached the counter, the barista seemed uninterested in helping. They rolled their eyes when I asked for clarification about the menu and sighed loudly when I made a minor change to my order. Their responses made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there.

I’ve always associated Starbucks with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, which makes this encounter even more disappointing. Everyone has off days, but this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I hope this feedback encourages the management to address these concerns and ensure all staff are trained to maintain a positive customer experience.

Harnain was the rudest barista I have ever seen at any Starbucks I have went too.
I always go to Starbucks and always welcomed with happiness and kindness.
However, when approaching the registered - the lady Harnain seemed so uninterested in taking my order and even engaged in talking to her coworkers while I was talking my orders.
This was not an enjoyable experience at all, I would recommend more customer service training for Harnain so she can fit the Starbucks standards like I am use too.

Every time I order from this place the service is slow. I have to mobile order like 15 minutes in advance just to get my food on time to pick it up before work. Today I left with just my tea because my sandwich wasn’t ready. It makes no sense that a company with this much money can’t afford more working ovens and to train their staff to work quickly and efficiently:

Has potential to be a 5 star location. Drinks are good but cleanliness inside needs more attention. Washrooms, tables, and floors need more frequent cleaning.

Have to give them some credit, they made my drinks correctly with no issue, the location is great and the wait time was quick.

The only issue I had is their service. No acknowledgement for customers and overall service was lacking - no smile, no manners -like Starbucks’ typically offer.
