Worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Customer service is clearly not a priority. I waited 25 minutes for one coffee while staff kept cleaning the store instead of making orders without washing hands and not wearing gloves. Very disappointing experience.

I am writing this review just as I picked up my order at 8:15.Coffee is literally milk, sandwich is stuck to the bag. Sauce is missing. And the worst thing was customer service. Imagine saying bye have a good day and all you get is a blank stare. Never ever had this bad experience from any Starbucks. Rather drive down 7 mins to Starbucks at Innovation drive for 10/10 service.

Not sure why the need to blast music so loud, you have to yell to have a conversation.

The closest Starbucks in proximity but would visit on a last resort basis. My experience has been poor one too many times. I’ve previously waited 35 minutes on a mobile order and received a matcha latte with clumps of matcha powder. Today, I’ve watched the barista make my mobile order, nearly finish it but then started on a drive thru order, finished the drive thru order then went back to mine. She ended up making my order wrong when she returned to finish my order and then asked for me to cover my drink lid for her because she can’t. Moving forward I won’t be returning to this location.

This is my go to Starbucks since it’s right by my house. The staff is always very nice and love their blonde roast coffee. I also enjoy their breakfast sandwiches from time to time, especially the egg and pesto and the double smoked bacon. Aside from that, I love the honey citrus mint tea whenever I feel like I’m getting sick or just need something soothing to sip on.
