The closest Starbucks in proximity but would visit on a last resort basis. My experience has been poor one too many times. I’ve previously waited 35 minutes on a mobile order and received a matcha latte with clumps of matcha powder. Today, I’ve watched the barista make my mobile order, nearly finish it but then started on a drive thru order, finished the drive thru order then went back to mine. She ended up making my order wrong when she returned to finish my order and then asked for me to cover my drink lid for her because she can’t. Moving forward I won’t be returning to this location.

This is my go to Starbucks since it’s right by my house. The staff is always very nice and love their blonde roast coffee. I also enjoy their breakfast sandwiches from time to time, especially the egg and pesto and the double smoked bacon. Aside from that, I love the honey citrus mint tea whenever I feel like I’m getting sick or just need something soothing to sip on.

Even after telling employees about the ice buildup right outside of the doors, none of the employees cared to put some salt right outside the entry/exit doors so that nobody slips while coming out of the doors. Everything else is good.

I visited this Starbucks location for the first time today, even though I’m a frequent Starbucks customer. Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. If it were possible to give a lower rating, I certainly would. I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble, but it was made with an overwhelming amount of mocha, making it taste unpleasant and undrinkable. I felt as though I had completely wasted my money. I strongly recommend checking the reviews before visiting this particular location.

Drive through says its closed at 10pm and I rushed down to get a drink and they wouldn't take my order it was 9:45pm. If they close earlier they should change the time..

No good customer service here. I never get greeted or acknowledged, no matter how long I’m waiting for my coffee or staying here. The only thing good about this spot is the atmosphere, good for those who want to study

Ordered a chai tea and the service was amazing! I believe the girl’s name was Noor — she was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience great. The chai was delicious and made just right. Definitely coming back!

Some girl I guess Noor was getting trained and the guy who was training her literally ignoring the guest line up . they didn’t pay attention to the guests in line at all . Girl did not take our order properly and service is slow as well. This is not the customer service we expect from STARBUCKS! Please try to improve on things !
