A lot of waiting time, we were just two waiting to order, They attended to the person in front of me, they took a long time with her because they made a mistake and then they just retired to do more things and continued without taking my order. I can understand drive tru was crowded but nobody at the cashiers, and it wasn’t the first time 😓

30 minutes for one hot drink when there are only 2 customers sitting in the whole store and doing their own work,
I understand the usual delay but 30 minutes is crazy especially when it is not even crowded.

This morning I woke up i a terrible mood and choose to stop by my local Starbucks. I had ordered a matcha, and I truly had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The employee who made my drink, Ashley, deserves a special shoutout. Not only did my matcha taste absolutely amazing (I could tell it was made with care and attention), but Ashley’s kind, bubbly personality really stood out. Even during the peak of rush hour, when things can get hectic, she managed to stay upbeat, hardworking, and incredibly friendly. She greeted me with a smile, made sure my food and drink came out on time, and genuinely lifted my spirits for the day.
It’s rare to come across someone who can make such a difference in your day through both their work ethic and their energy, but Ashley did exactly that. I left feeling inspired to keep going, all because of her positive attitude. Thank you, Ashley, for showing that even the smallest interactions can brighten someone’s morning. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like her on the team! Speaking of the team great vibes from them aswell looks like a family working together to make everyone's day a little better will definitely be coming back!

Whoever made my drink today absolutely was horrible at making my pumpkin spice latte. How can you screw up a classic. They are usually good at the brown sugar oat espresso and hazelnut shaken espresso.

Starbucks is usually liked for great customer service and best customized orders, however my recent visit was a complete disappointment at this location.
I ordered Hazelnut Iced Coffee with light ice and what I ended up receiving was a cup half full of ice. I am not an ice lover and a couple of sips indicated that I needed to share my reviews with the staff. However, upon contacting the staff at the counter, I am told that I have already consumed half of the drink and they refused to replace it for me. This is insane, if drinking 4-5 sips of a Venti size drink makes it half consumed, then Starbucks is really not worth visiting if you are looking for value for money.

It was embarrassing to discuss the matter with the supervisor and it felt as if I was convincing them to replace my drink for no reason.
My photo shows the amount of ice I got for a light iced drink and if this is really half finished drink.

Slowest drive thru and if you order online your order will never be ready unless you go ask the cashier on the status and then they start prepping it. They will make you wait for time and not even acknowledge on why you’re still waiting. I once stood for 25 minutes ( I was the only one waiting around for my order) and never received my order. Then I went to the cashier and asked them on the status and that’s when they started making it. Customer service is lacking at this location.

Kudrat is an absolute gem at this location! Every time I come in, she greets me with the warmest smile and makes me feel genuinely welcome. She truly sets the standard for excellent customer service and is the reason I keep coming back to this Starbucks with my parents, even though there are plenty of other locations around.

That said, I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5—not because of Kudrat, but because the store itself is consistently very slow, both in the drive-thru and at the counter.

I am frequent customer to this location and recently I see lot of flies in the cookies section. I love the service and the coffees but hygiene is something this establishment needs to focus on

Worst Starbucks in the city. There's always a 15+ minute wait for just a basic drink. The employees here are not efficient at all. Crazy that it takes so long to make a black coffee.

Drive thru service was very slow today . Guy on drive thru was having conversation with customers. I wasted my 15 minutes in drive thru. Drive thru is made for fast service . If staff wants to speak with customers that can call them inside .

I always go to this location and I remember why I stopped going. I ordered an iced matcha latte with vanilla sweet cream foam, caramel drizzle and LESS ice. In return I got the iced matcha latte where half of the ice was ice and the other half being the drink. I specifically asked LESS ice for this reason so I gave it back and said I needed less ice. In return all they did was add more milk to the drink or whatever they put because my drink was pale green and tasted like milk. There was no matcha flavour, nothing, just bare milk. I’m disappointed and disgusted with the drink I received from this location. All I wanted was less ice and they gave me a drink that tasted horrible and was a waste of my money.

I normally enjoy visiting this Starbucks, but my recent drive-thru experience was frustrating. I waited around 15 minutes in line because of the customer in the front. When I finally got to the window, I suggested to the staff member that in situations like this, it might be better to ask the customer to come inside or pull up, so others aren’t stuck waiting so long. Instead of acknowledging the concern, she argued with me, saying they were busy and insisting I had only waited 11 minutes. Regardless of the exact time, the wait was excessive, and her defensive attitude was disappointing. Good customer service means listening to feedback, not arguing with customers specifically when they are addressing the concerns politely!!!!
