Very slow service to start with. I waited 15 minutes in the line to find out that they were out of Bagels. Very disappointing 😞
It would be nice if I get a hot coffee instead of warm coffee, this is my second time on this location.

This was, hands down, the WORST Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years and have always loved the friendly service and quality drinks, but this location was an absolute disaster.
First, we walked in and stood there for five whole minutes with no one even acknowledging us. The store wasn’t busy at all—there were zero customers inside—yet the staff seemed more interested in catering exclusively to drive-thru orders. Why even have an in-store option if you can’t bother to take care of the people standing right in front of you?
When someone finally decided to take our order, they didn’t even make the drinks properly. My frappuccino was a mess, and my chai tea latte wasn’t even hot. It was lukewarm and tasteless. How do you mess up a chai tea latte at Starbucks?
To top it all off, the employees were rude, unfriendly, and completely lacked any basic customer service skills. Not a single smile, no sense of urgency, and it felt like they couldn’t care less about doing their jobs. Honestly, it seemed like they hated being there and wanted us to feel the same way.
I left feeling furious and regretting even stepping foot into this place. It ruined my entire morning. If this is the level of service this location thinks is acceptable, they should rethink their staffing or just shut down altogether. Do better.

I always come this location before work because their customer service is really different than other location. I feel warm and kind from people here.
Today put wrong location ordered from mobile But girl from drive thru, she happy to serve me even it is not order from their location.
I had experienced with this happen and other location didn’t treat me like this.

I ordered a tall brown sugar shaken espresso and this is what I got after taking out all the ice. Not to mention that I specifically asked for light ice. Seems like they don’t understand the concept of light ice! I paid around 7$ for this drink! Not going there again! Ripping people off!

Yesterday i ordered chicken butter egg sandwich, she gave me chicken bacon sandwich firstly she don’t know how to take order she is confused while taking it. Then I went back and told her this is not a my order I didn’t order bacon one, She said no you order it bro why I don’t know what am eating or what am ordering?
And she didn’t told me will make a another one she said check menu again and order it. I told her to put in a garbage. she said ok no problem.
Don’t hire Indian on SB please they don’t know how to talk or manage.
So disappointed with this location.

Came to this location forst time with a friend but no tables available, it was full.
Anyways we got 2 white mocha and sat elsewhere and these mochas cost like iver $12 lol insane.
I wouod never go to any Starbucks evere again what a rip off.
3 star is generous as the service was pretty good.
