I was disappointed with the service today. The staff came across as rude and unprofessional, on a weekend shift. If the team is not willing to work weekends, then they should not . I request management to look into this and improve customer service. I am not coming at the location again .

Jashan doesn’t seem suited for customer-facing interactions. He lacks patience and wasn't able to explain even simple question in a polite or approachable manner. This branch used to be my favorite & frequent spot, but unfortunately, my experience with Jashan has changed that.

This is one of my go-to Starbucks locations! The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with any menu questions. My drinks are consistently great, and even the one time they were out of what I ordered, they went above and beyond to make it right. The atmosphere is great, and the team’s positive energy really stands out. Always a pleasure stopping by here!

Below expectations. I ordered a venti Pink Drink, and within just five minutes it looked completely unappealing and the taste was off. Really disappointing, especially for the price — definitely not the quality I expected.

Tried first time matcha latte. I liked the coffee. Most disappointing thing is quantity. I paid 9.27 for the coffee. Hardly 5-6 sip and more than half of a cup is filled with iced. Didn’t understand the concept. Extremely disappointed.
