Just visited drive through of this location. The guy on the counter is very rude and confusing. He is not at all customer friendly. We come to Starbucks because of quality and good customer service, instead of being sorry he told us that I am not going to take your order. We have been a customer of Starbucks since long, it has never happened with us and I think this location need to take action on this guy, I don’t know the name but he is on window at this present time on drive through window and if any manager or senior guy see this review pls chk the shift timing and take appropriate action

First of all . This location is near to my house so I often visit . Not mostly all the time satisfied with the service but I just let it passed . From service , customer service is deeply disappointed when taking orders from customers. Drive through is abit narrow . It’s ok because plaza space is not big either for all cars. Taking orders is mainly the key point that they always mess up with the orders , missing, wrong ingredients , drink quality is not good as compared to others branches. Whenever order is not satisfied, I tried to call back to the store for further assistance but the result is “no answe” . I come back to address my concern to staff, I don’t want to make a drama or story lie telling them, and it’s waste of my time and gas obviously. They give me a flashback that “my manager noticed I been complain a lot through my orders”.
At this point, i pay for service , I don’t owe you guys any $, so I should deserve a customer service , instead of no reply on phone call. So store number is for what? On the website???
Some staff are very friendly , but if I take order inside the store , it’s supper long time hours, and don’t expect when you will get your orders !!
They always prioritize for “drive through” services, but you don’t want to block other cars when entering line of drive through so take orders inside thought it will be more helpful but no a good idea. Your staff made my orders wrong , and it’s lost of my self-respect to come to this location again. Even I would love to because it’s close to my home . The first and the last I give this message , and hopefully take note I would be in the blacklist of your store .

But you not the only one owes Starbucks . !!! …

I have been to Starbucks drive thru this evening. I was not sure about my drink I was ordering so I would like to Thank Ms. Mal who was running drive thru she literally helped me out and assisted me very well with next level hospitality ( so humble and polite :) ) she made my day
