The worst service at any coffee place. I had to wait 10 mins for 1 coffee at 9:00 pm when there was literally no one in the store just to find out my coffee was ready at a different counter. Why did the barsita ask for my name when they're not going to call when the order is ready. Absolutely unacceptable!

I’m not usually the type of person to write and leave reviews on here but after my experience at the drive through yesterday morning, I will definitely be coming back to this Starbucks.
I came through the drive through and was served by Jonica and I wasn’t sure what I wanted so I told her to surprise me. As I pulled up to the window, the enthusiasm, and energy I felt, I didn’t even know someone could be that energetic that early in the morning but she assisted me with so much energy. But it wasn’t just Jonica who was amazing, the whole team there that morning was just pure vibes and so kind and you can clearly tell that they enjoy what they do. i tried the drink in front of all them and from the taste, the looks and everything in between, i was definetly not expecting all of this at 9 in the morning, this definetly woke me up. I will definitely be coming back to this location, genuinely the best Starbucks I’ve been to by far.

This starbucks is right by my house I come here often..for the last 3 times that I've been coming here I'm leaving with nothing but disappointment everytime I give my order they always mess it up like I'm not here wasting so much money on a drink just for them to mess it up every damn time this is becoming more like tims this is the type of thing expect from tim horton employees not from starbucks really disappointed in them like give me my money's worth helloo??
