I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. Despite specifically requesting sugar in my coffee, it was served without it. This might seem like a minor oversight, but it reflects a lack of attention to customer preferences. Additionally, the staff seemed untrained and inattentive to detail. Such service makes me hesitant to return to this location in the future.

I wish there were an option to leave a review without giving even a single star because this location truly doesn’t deserve it. While I was having coffee with my other friends, the staff was sweeping very close to my table, which was uncomfortable and disruptive. I ordered a café mocha, but it tasted terrible. When I informed the person who took my order and discarded the coffee in front of him, he didn’t offer a replacement or any assistance. Instead, he simply smiled and continued chatting with other staff members in their own language. This level of service is unacceptable. I’ve visited many Starbucks locations, but the lack of courtesy from the staff at this location is disappointing.

Rude customer service.. change the people otherwise this store will be closed soon.

I have placed a mobile order from my dad that has communication barriers this was today at 4:40 PM when he went to the drive-through to pick up the order he gave me a call and had me on speaker to communicate to the person at the drive-through window. She was a female with a bit of an accent. Firstly, she was very rude to him. I noticed her tone and the way she was speaking to my dad who again has communication barriers Starbucks company that promotes inclusiveness and not being discriminative this was not the service I expected for the company that promotes values
I had waited for my shift to finish at work and I called Starbucks. I spoke to a supervisor who was Filipino if I’m not mistaken and I apologize if I am, but he chose not to tell me his name so this is the only description I have kept saying. “Uh ha” everything I said and at the end said well just call us tomorrow. I then said I spent five minutes on the phone with you telling you something that you weren’t able to resolve and knew I had to call back tomorrow morning so why wasn’t this explained to me in the beginning, he then said you know what you can just call back tomorrow hung up the phone. This is ridiculous and where I pay for luxury coffee this type of service is unacceptable as much as I hate Tim Hortons coffee their customer service is worth much more than your eight dollar coffee

Rude customer service. I went to the store 30 mins. Before closing (9:30 pm).
One of the staff came from inside prep area, saw me but never asked anything and went inside just like she was super busy.
Finally she came back again and ask for my order, I asked her something regarding some promotion then another staff member came from other side and started explaining me but in very rude way. Just like they are doing some favour on customers.
Customers pay that much money to get a nice customer service. But rude behaviour is not acceptable. Never going to this location anymore at Steeles and resolution drive.

grumpy asian lady flipped because she got my order wrong and she tried blaming me for it heard her go back and throw a tantrum, saw many customers complaining on her. deserves to get fired

Everything was 5 star till I saw the employee coming to hand me my beverage & stopped to wipe the lid of my beverage with his apron....how many things/lids is he wiping with his apron..not impressed today but usually a 5 star location.

Had very unpleasant experience with the grumpy old asian lady that works here, went to the washroom to do my own business and she kept knocking multiple times, and accused me at the end of doing unusual things inside. Embarrassed and humiliated when I asked and confronted her and answered me back with accusations. Been a customer of this store for a while now and never ever had a pleasant encounter with her. Hope she's not the manager though, because her work ethics does not fit to run and manage the store. #badcustomerservice

I just love this place, the staff, the food and the drinks are amazing. It’s a hard 10 on 10 for this place. I just got a strawberry frappe and they just made the best thing I have ever had, I love it.

The staff at this location is exceptional. Every single person is incredibly friendly. Jonny infuses each interaction with lively fun, making the drive-through a daily highlight. Tyler consistently brightens my mornings, and Levi, a true star, not only exudes sweetness and smiles but also introduced me to a delightful alternative drink to the seasonal pistachio, which has become my daily go-to. I regret not mentioning everyone by name because each of them contributes to making my visits truly enjoyable. Thank You All!
