Staff were friendly but this location is not great. The washrooms, which require a code to access, were awful. One was filthy, the other messy and no toilet paper. Service was slow in-store as drive through prioritized. Seems like a very casual neighborhood spot, people lounging for hours with their shoes off, studying using limited seating well past the one drinks worth they should limit themselves to.

I am a regular Starbucks customer, and I usually enjoy the service. However, on my birthday, I had an unpleasant experience. The staff member wearing glasses refused to offer me the complimentary birthday drink that Starbucks normally provides. It made me feel really disappointed, especially on a day that should have felt special.

I am soo tired of ordering drinks here and needing them to remake drinks. This location used to be good and all the sudden in the last year, consistency is garbage, at the very least if your are getting a caffe vanilla frappe which is the only drink I get. I have literally seen people prepare the same drink in multiple ways. The drinks are expensive so quality should be tops and consistency a given. They always do remake it so I gave 3 stars for service but even remade it almost always tastes off. Beyond disappointing, either the quality in ingredients dropped or people are not trained properly and dont care to make the drink right. The food is already pre prepared they just heat it so its been good. Since there is no drink section and only food to rate I presume its within the same category and so receives 1 star.

I order Uber Eats from this location at least twice a week, and every time I get a snack box, the best before date is always either the same day or the next day. It’s really frustrating because sometimes the snacks are already going bad or even have mold on them. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering how much money I spend here each week as a loyal customer. Improve your quality control.

basic training: ensure your employees realize any drinks with pearls need the thicker straws. i got the small one with my uber order and the pearls kept getting stuck and i couldn’t drink anything.

This is hands down my favourite Starbucks location! The staff here always get my drink exactly right—consistently perfect every time. I’ve been to so many other locations, but none of them compare to the service and attention to detail here. Friendly team, fast service, and a welcoming vibe. Huge shoutout to this crew—they make my day, every time I visit!

I went to get a summer berry lemonade at this location in their drive thru. There was a lady with glasses and long hair, i dont remember the name, at the window was who was so damn rude. When we went on the window she told us the amount on which we said it was a birthday drink and her response to us was rude and dismissive. She didn’t even made an effort to bend out of window to hand off the drink. Even the taste of drink was nothing like usual it just tastes like lemonade and no flavour of the summer berry base. Would not recommend going to this location.

Tried the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino at Starbucks and honestly, it was really good — super chocolatey and just the right amount of sweet. Would totally get it again. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was all the extra stuff they were promoting in-store, like the LGBTQ+ flags and banners. I get that brands support different causes, but I just came in for coffee and prefer a more chill, neutral vibe.
