basic training: ensure your employees realize any drinks with pearls need the thicker straws. i got the small one with my uber order and the pearls kept getting stuck and i couldn’t drink anything.

This is hands down my favourite Starbucks location! The staff here always get my drink exactly right—consistently perfect every time. I’ve been to so many other locations, but none of them compare to the service and attention to detail here. Friendly team, fast service, and a welcoming vibe. Huge shoutout to this crew—they make my day, every time I visit!

I went to get a summer berry lemonade at this location in their drive thru. There was a lady with glasses and long hair, i dont remember the name, at the window was who was so damn rude. When we went on the window she told us the amount on which we said it was a birthday drink and her response to us was rude and dismissive. She didn’t even made an effort to bend out of window to hand off the drink. Even the taste of drink was nothing like usual it just tastes like lemonade and no flavour of the summer berry base. Would not recommend going to this location.

Tried the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino at Starbucks and honestly, it was really good — super chocolatey and just the right amount of sweet. Would totally get it again. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was all the extra stuff they were promoting in-store, like the LGBTQ+ flags and banners. I get that brands support different causes, but I just came in for coffee and prefer a more chill, neutral vibe.

Everyone was amazing this morning! Super friendly and everything tasted great.

I do want to take a second and mention Sofia ( I hope I spelt it right) is the absolute best. She is super friendly, kind and she makes my day every time I see her here. She radiates happiness. She’s the reason I come here instead of going to a closer Starbucks by me.

One of the longest waits I’ve ever had. Never coming back

This is the third time I had ordered a hazelnut latte, but they always miss the hazelnut syrup. So disappointing! Plus, they want you to tip them on a drive-thru order.

Worst experience ever! The lady at the front was busy chatting with her friends instead of helping customers. We placed a drive-thru order, but she told us to come inside to pick it up because it “wasn’t ready.” When we went inside, we waited around 10 minutes—even though we could clearly see our order sitting on the drive-thru table. After all that waiting, she suddenly said the order was for the drive-thru and blamed us for coming inside, even though she told us to! Absolutely frustrating and unprofessional.

Waited nearly 10 minutes to order. In the end walked out. Service was appallingly slow. A group of 5 kids were in front of me. No reason it should take that long. And worst part was the woman working the cashier made eye contact with me multiple times and showed no inclination to take my order. Never coming back.

Anna gives the best service. I enjoy my visits every time she’s there. The team is also really friendly and welcoming. Keep up the good job! Thank you so much! ❤️

I just visited this location at 9:27 and I ordered 3 drinks all the drinks where not good in as i want it and lady named ANNA as she told me who was working over there was rude to me , she said “ we are wasting their milk “ this not the type of customer service.

I had a great experience at Starbucks, enjoying a perfectly made cappuccino. The coffee had a rich, smooth taste with just the right balance of espresso and frothy milk. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly and efficient. It’s always a great place to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee.

Looking forward to my next visit—highly recommend Starbucks for coffee lovers!I
