I would have given no stars. I know maybe you are frustrated in the morning at around 0830 hours, phewwww. But how can you miss half cup of the chai in a cup. I mean I ordered a grande and look what I got. Are you guys taking tips by drinking from our cups? Guys. It’s morning time. You just opened. Just think about not ruining other people’s morning. I neede grande so I ordered grande. If I have wanted a smaller size, I would have ordered that. I don’t want you to make decisions on my behalf.

The staff are extremely loud (laughing loudly, horsing around etc). I understand work should be fun and there is noise at coffee shops however, when you're trying to get work done you aren't expecting this kind of noise from the staff.
I usually go to Starbucks' in Vaughn and this isn't the kind of behaviour you see from staff. Dissappointing.

They aren’t busy at all compared to other Starbucks locations, but they have trouble receiving and serving orders from less than a handful of customers. Of course, the reason is because they’re understaffed. But it still doesn’t make sense to have to wait for such a long time just to place an order, then wait for the person behind the register to let you pay, then wait again for just a small hot chocolate to get ready. It took a quarter of an hour for a small hot chocolate.
Today, it took ten minutes to just get the cashier to acknowledge that I was waiting just to pay for a snack that was ready off the shelf so I just left.
Then, the other times that you actually tip them generously, they don’t even take your orders properly. I specifically asked for no cream or cinnamon in my steamed apple juice. I got both and had to wait for them to prepare it again…

i bought the 2 cup of coffee from this store. It was not fresh and not even warm. taste was worst.

Tried the Strawberry Frappuccino, Jass absolutely killed it with this one! She told me it’s her favorite drink, and now I know why—it’s the best drink I’ve ever had! Creamy, sweet, and just so refreshing. Jass clearly knows how to make drinks perfectly. I’ve already told friends to try it. If you stop by, ask for Jass and this drink—you won’t regret it! 5/5 stars!

Whatever happened with the Starbucks washrooms. They were the most clean and pleasant to be in. The washroom in this place was dirty and nasty almost as nasty as Tim Hortons. It's unbelievable how fast things are degrading I wonder why

As a long-time Starbucks lover, it's really disappointing to see how this location has gone downhill. I've been working nearby since last year, and the service has gotten progressively worse. Most of the staff here have an attitude problem, and it shows in everything they do. If you don’t leave a tip, they act annoyed or, even worse, some will add it themselves without asking.
The drinks aren’t made properly anymore, and they often skimp on the toppings. This is not the Starbucks experience I’m used to. If you’re working in the food industry and can’t offer basic customer service without an attitude, you’re in the wrong industry. I hope this location steps up its game soon because it’s been consistently disappointing for a while now.
Nice little Starbucks, quick service, both drinks were made correctly. Apple croissant was amazing. Get it, warmed, while it’s available, trust me!

If you’re ordering and the barista’s name is Camila, please note she will overcharge you and add in her own tip without asking.
I come to this location often because I work close by, and a couple of times I have noticed being overcharged so today I went back and addressed it and a different barista told me that it was due to the added tip which I didn’t do - they refunded me for my order which was really nice but the point of a drive thru is for quick and efficient service I shouldn’t need to drive back to address being overcharged because of incompetent work.
Placed my order online at 7:15. Got there at 7:25. Order was not ready until 7:38. I only ordered a grande London Fog. When I asked for an update on my order, the bartender just said “ sir, we are busy “ yet there was only one car in the drive-thru and I was the third person only waiting for an order in the store.
