The slowest service you can get. Mobile orders have priority over walkin customer waited over 34 minutes not including time in line. No organization skills 3 people working only one making orders. This is the last time I am visiting this place. !!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!

The slowest starbucks location you can find in ontario. No question about quality but waiting time from the moment you order till you receive 30 min +. If you value your time stay away. 3 people behind counter and only one prepering orders this is joke. Time to do some reality check for this location.

Ordered 4 drinks to go. I got the first 2 drinks so fast but waited longer for the other 2. In the hand off area you can see the part of their work area and Im kinda disturbed on how messy it. Never saw the barista wiping their area before and after making any drink. I am aware that they might be trying to finish the drink so fast but i dont think compromising the quality and cleanliness is less important than a faster service. I dont think I would buy to this store again.

The drinks are okay at this location as I've been here couple of times only but saw some expired food on the shelf.....so..just a heads up to check the best before date always.

Barista are very lazy and only one is making orders and the rest are either working around or on the phone with one handling the customer and then goes back to his phone and prices are very high compared to what you are getting absolutely west of time and money to be here.

New to this area. The blonde barista was kinda mesmerizingly old fashioned and pleasant to deal with. Left me in awe, couldn’t even reply to her, “have a good day” 😂 Sorry.

Ordered an iced brown sugar shaken espresso as a mobile order and specified no cinnamon. I saw the barista making the drink and saw her grab the cinnamon shaker but didn’t see her physically shake it in. So when she called my name I ask to ensure there was no cinnamon added and she confirmed no cinnamon. I got home and my husband took a sip and immediately tasted the cinnamon. I couldn’t test it myself because I’m pregnant and already had my caffeine intake for the day. I understand making mistakes but when you lie to a customers face that’s a problem. I wasted over $7 on a drink that no one is able to drink. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at Starbucks.

I'm at Starbucks almost everyday. Today, I revisited the location at Quarry (which I haven't visited in almost a year). I was reminded why today.
Greeted by a crazy person at the entrance lol.
Ignored him and went in -
The guy who took the orders was really sweet. The rest, tragic.
Why was I the only person standing there for 10 minutes for a stopper?
4 employees. No customers.
Being completely ignored.
Ended up just getting frustrated and leaving.
