today, i get a Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonade, that is so sweet and sour but i love it. however, i has waited for a long time, but it was worthy

Any star bucks that has a code lock on their washrooms deserves 0 stars. This is a million dollar corporation and can't give free washrooms lol. Remember this next time star bucks talks about "humanity" it's an evil corporation that would rather you end up peeing outside at the door than go in the washroom.

This is my favourite Starbucks in Brampton. This location has a very friendly staff and they make my caramel Frappuccino delicious every time. ? Also I recommend their iced caramel macchiato as well.

A great vibe, a very nostalgic moment. It has been a while since I have visited a coffee store in a bookstore. The staff was great and friendly. I couldn't get over the price difference. When converted to USD my grande cup of coffee came to 2.24.
The store is great and you will definitely enjoy your visit

After placing an order and the cashier getting it wrong when I went to correct the guy handing me my drink he said that if I want what I ordered to be corrected he would have e to up charge me. I said are you kidding me? He looked me dead in face and said No I am not. So I said I’d like what I asked for. He then had to go get his manager she came over took about 5 minutes reversing the order to r doing what ever she had to do to charge me .21 cents. Never going here again. Horrible staff. Clearly make many mistakes and the customers pay for it otherwise .21 cents would t have been a big deal.

Was only one in line with one customer ahead of me. She was taking a really lkng time deciding what she wanted - I waitrd patiently - the server glanced at me and said nothing but continued to explain every drink in detail to this person.
Two other ladies appeared and were workjng away - ignored me. I said I will come back later I guess. Of course the next customer shows up and they get immediately served.
So I went to Second Cup across the way - I dont normally post reviews but tnis was really awful service. Im 66 years old a senior having bought a ton of books and looking forward to a Starbucks. The barista when serving a customer who is indecisive for over 15 minutes should remember there are other people who just wNt a coffee. Takes no time. And those two who were apparently unable to see a woman , with bright hair standing in line need to get their eyes checked. Never had such a weird service at any Starbucks - ever. My husband who is a top level google reviewer suggested I teview them.

What in the world is Starbucks thinking …I went in to purchase a bottle of vanilla like I have been doing for years, I buy a bottle every other week and no joke 2 weeks ago it was only 12.99 a bottle today the price was 24.95 a bottle ? they doubled the price in 2 weeks.. unbelievable greed if I thought that any company could disappoint me, Starbucks I’m so done with you ….. so disappointed in your companyI purchased 2 drinks as well and they were even awful but we were not going to waste our gas driving back,I can’t believe how greedy they have become doubling prices.. never again

I was in Starbucks last weekend when observed a man with a golden retreiver walking to the counter to pick up his order. His dog immediately put his paws on the serving counte.. the man then proceeded to a table where his dog put his paws on a table.. I find this unacceptable. Of course none of your staff said anything to him..people are consuming food here.. the person sitting at the table with him also had a dog there need to be some clear rules posted.
