I swear, customer service is worst here. They guy dont know how to speak and he is so called starbuck’s front desk employee. He don’t even listen what the next person is saying and not even ready to accept his mistake. I’ll say the most stupid customer service I ever faced.

I come here every morning to drink coffee. Usually I don't like to write bad reviews, but I couldn't resist and I'm writing this. Your staff is very bad, especially the guy who is on shift today. He constantly ignores me and I wait for him to take my order, 10-15 minutes, when there are no other people besides me. Today I couldn't stand it and just left. And I don't know if I want to spend so much time again to drink coffee from the yours establishment. Please pay attention to your staff!

Multiple signs up stating you can link TD cards to pay and use/collect rewards and without fail the employees state they can't. When they try it fails. Signs should be removed if franchise can't meet posted expectations.

Nice place for grabbing and coffee while shopping nearby so the store is very nice. Stuff is very nice and the location is good and the sitting area is very very nice because it's in Loblaws.

Totally not up to the Starbucks standards. Place was not clean and staff (male) was not pleasant. No hello, no thank you. My iced-coffee did not taste good.

Coffee is good, service is kind of ridiculous. If there are 4 people in line, it should not take 15 mins to take and make everyone's order. It is no inefficient to take one order at a time, and make everyone's drinks individually. It would have taken maybe 5 mins if they just took a few orders at a time. What if people order the same drinks, or surely you can parallelize making 2 different coffees at once. I honestly just went to a different starbucks the second time I saw this happening.

awful experience. Drink received is not what I ordered - mocha and peppermint do not taste the same and do not sound the same. Staff was not helpful.

I had the most wonderful experience at Starbucks today, all thanks to Simmu! She is truly a gem. Her warm and friendly nature made my day, and her exceptional customer service skills are commendable. Not only did she prepare the best coffee I’ve had in a long time, but she also took the time to ensure everything was perfect.

Simmu’s positive attitude and genuine smile created such a welcoming atmosphere. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. I’ll definitely be returning, hoping to see her friendly face again. Highly recommend this location, especially with Simmu around!

I was recently gifted a chestnut praline latte, I get it latte is Milk But where does it say it’s just milk and sugar. no coffee ?? Really ?? For the price people pay for this brand of coffee. You need to do something about it. now I know why I don’t drink it on a regular basis.
