I was recently gifted a chestnut praline latte, I get it latte is Milk But where does it say it’s just milk and sugar. no coffee ?? Really ?? For the price people pay for this brand of coffee. You need to do something about it. now I know why I don’t drink it on a regular basis.

Today, I went to this Starbucks for the first time, and the behavior of the lady there was so rude—unbelievably rude. Today is November 14, and I asked her for a free red cup, but she told me they were out of stock. After that, another woman came in, and the same lady gave her a cup. So, I went back and asked politely if they had an extra cup, and she responded, saying, “No, this is only for employees.”
Please, Starbucks and Longo’s, take action against such employees.

Had a great experience at this location in particular because of our barista/cashier Nitish. He was very friendly made my drinks extremely efficiently and most of all very tasty and satisfying. Thanks Natish for a wonderful visit!

I made the biggest mistake coming on this location and ordering my fav go to drink which was Mango dragonfruit lemonade, and I ordered 2 mediums of those and all I got in 14$ is just water and ice and when I confronted him , he said quote “ I had only this much dragonfruit” so he deliberately concealed the fact that he doesnt have any fruit left yet he charged me the full money. My Fav drink is ruined cause of that douchebag.

If i could give them zero star i would have given it for very poor customer service. There was a guy named nitish or whatever he doesn’t not know how to talk, he was so rude and racist as well. His behaviour was ridiculous. I asked him for water bottle he said this is not a grocery store when I said that i just asked and he denied that I didn’t say this, you may have some hearing problems this is the way they serve people.

It’s a zero star rating from me , the guy named “Nitish” or whatever his name doesn’t know how to talk to a lady,, working under this company you need to know how to talk and behave not only with a lady but every customer. I complained about it to manager hope he gonna take a strict action against him so at-least he could learn how to talk. Very Poor customer service
