Multiple signs up stating you can link TD cards to pay and use/collect rewards and without fail the employees state they can't. When they try it fails. Signs should be removed if franchise can't meet posted expectations.
Nice place for grabbing and coffee while shopping nearby so the store is very nice. Stuff is very nice and the location is good and the sitting area is very very nice because it's in Loblaws.
Coffee is good, service is kind of ridiculous. If there are 4 people in line, it should not take 15 mins to take and make everyone's order. It is no inefficient to take one order at a time, and make everyone's drinks individually. It would have taken maybe 5 mins if they just took a few orders at a time. What if people order the same drinks, or surely you can parallelize making 2 different coffees at once. I honestly just went to a different starbucks the second time...
