A couple of weeks ago, I stopped by Starbucks in Brampton intending to buy a Casi Cielo coffee, which is a delight, buuut I needed to use the restroom first. I asked if I could, and the cashier asked me if I was going to buy something. I was taken aback by the question and replied, “Maybe.” She then told me that if I didn’t buy something, I couldn’t use the restroom. That completely discouraged me from making my purchase, since it’s such a simple gesture but also a basic act of humanity that was lacking in that place. I don’t think I’ll ever go to a Starbucks again.

You can tell who really takes the time to put their all into the drink they make for you and who just doesn’t care. I normally go during the weekdays for my go to “Iced Espresso” … however I decided to go today … the drink I got today was absolutely disappointing!!! I’m not one to give negative feedback but come on how do you miss “Caramel Drizzle around the cup” and 2 pumps of Brown Sugar with 2 pumps of classic syrup” ?

I really appreciate their efforts to keep place full clean... really its si difficult to keep washrooms clean in brampton but you can visit this location any time... it always smells fresh and floor and sink is alwys so cleab.
I had such a great experience at this Starbucks. Renee (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) was at the register and honestly, she’s the reason I’m giving this 5 stars. She was so kind, welcoming, and definitely a girls’ girl. The drinks looked amazing too, but her energy really made my visit
