I go to this store every now and then . There is this Barista named Isa she is so fine and she makes the drinks so good . Best Starbucks in town !!

I went to this Starbucks to buy a coffee, and while I was waiting, I saw a Cheese Danish in the display that looked like it had a mosquito/insect on it. I didnât touch or buy it, I just noticed it while standing there.
This is a serious hygiene issue. Food in the display should always be clean and checked regularly. I hope the store improves its cleanliness so customers can feel safe buying food and drinks.

I mobile-ordered two grande drinks on Red Cup Day, not realizing there was a specific âholiday drinkâ button youâre supposed to use. When I arrived, my order was in regular cups, so I politely asked for holiday cups. The barista said he âcanât do anythingâ and that Iâd have to get a refund myself and also call customer service to get my 200 stars back â all in the middle of a workday.
I understood that he was âjust following the rules,â but sometimes rules without common sense create more problems than they solve.
Hereâs what actually happened:
âą They had to remake my drinks twice
âą They refunded me
âą They still gave me the original drinks
âą They still had to give me the holiday cups
So in the end, Starbucks made three grande drinks for me, refunded my money, and still couldnât do anything with the 200 stars â all because no one could simply swap two cups at the counter.
Following the rules actually cost Starbucks more time, more product, and created an unnecessarily frustrating experience for me as the customer.
A bit of flexibility and human judgment would have solved everything in 10 seconds. I love Starbucks, but it really shouldnât take a mini-audit, two remakes, and a customer service call just to get two holiday cups.

I went in just to fill up my daughterâs water bottle because there was literally no water refill station anywhere else. The guy I asked could have simply said, âSorry, we canât do that,â politely. But instead, he spoke to me in the most disrespectful tone, saying, âUnless you order, I wonât give it to you.â Honestly, who even talks like that, especially someone working in customer service? Absolutely disgusting behavior. Such a rude, condescending attitude completely unacceptable!
