Flies on the cookies
I was not expecting this at Starbucks
Even when I asked cashier about this he said don’t work about the flies they are extra protein with cookies
This location was best for me from 3-4 years but today i have experienced that staff is totally new and changed. They were busy to talk with each other they have no idea how many customers are waiting for the orders. I don't know the name but specially want to mention here that two girls were talking too much with each other and no interest in work. Next time i will visit again and i will try to mention the name as well.if u need funtime stay home otherwise be serious at work.

I’ve always enjoyed the service at this Starbucks, even during busy rush hours when I’ve had to wait 15-20 minutes for my order. The staff has always been patient and understanding. However, today was the first time I was refused a request for a cup of water while I waited. I was told I’d have to wait until my order was ready, which felt a bit unreasonable. There’s a new employee who I haven’t seen before, so she may still be in training, but asking for water seems like a basic request, and it was disappointing to be turned away. Especially as a pregnant woman, I didn’t think it should have been an issue. Thankfully, I asked another staff member, who has been there before, and she was kind enough to help me. It’s just unfortunate because I felt hesitant to ask again, and the situation left me feeling a little disheartened.
I was just here and had the worst experience I bought two drinks and they tasted like water so I asked if I could have them remade and they taste even worse,I rather have the watery ones back. The girl that made my drinks was also rude and didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing.

I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s usually pretty busy and the staff is pretty nice. I will say, though however I find it ridiculous that I ordered a drink and it was filled nearly to the top with ice when I first got it. After about five sips from it, the drink was done and there was still more than half a cup of ice.They explained to me that it’s pre measured already, and that I need to request light ice next time, so I guess that’s on me. I don’t think it’s fair though to pay basically seven dollars to get a cup of ice and sit in a restaurant that has a bunch of flies attacking me as well.

I recently visited the Starbucks located inside BBC and had a great experience. Despite the usual long lines, the staff managed to serve everyone quickly and efficiently. I always enjoy trying the seasonal drinks, and their pastry items never disappoint. Karthi, who served us, was particularly friendly and attentive, making the visit even more pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Rude staff. Wouldn't accomodate a 'no ice' request when all other Starbucks we get the exact same drink allows 'no ice'. Even after we said fine the staff kept insisting they were right and served the drink with ice.
Go to another Starbucks where they can make you feel like a welcome guest and that your order how you like it is going to always be right.

Very bad service, I only purchase Starbucks and I have never in my life had an issue with custom orders or any kind of order and this location literally was trying to sell me a water with 2 matcha scoops for double the price when it has never cost that at any location ?

I ordered a Trenta refresher with no ice to keep it from getting watered down as it melted, and they filled my cup less than halfway. The worker I spoke to said he could top it off with water, but that’s not what I paid $8 for. I’ve never had this happen at any other Starbucks location, and I’m extremely disappointed.
I visited this location yesterday. cashier was an indian lady had zero customer service skills. She was extremely rude and don’t know how to talk with the customers.

Always busy, which make it easy for them to mess up your order or take long to make the order. Flies on the bakery item, which I don't get normally.Cookie mocha frappe is a good drink to getCaramel ribbon crunch is another good drink.Lemon loaf and Cinnamon coffee cake are tasty treat to try from other startbucks with no flies.
