My regular locations are BCC and 25 Gateway Blvd. I don’t have this issue with Gateway Blvd over 1 cent or 2. Today was the first of a shameful experience as a regular customer at this location. I had an employee have me tap my card over the difference of 1 cent. She was an African/black young employee over the cash register. It was truly a shameful experience to have me swipe my credit card for 1 cent while this locations has over $100s of my money on a monthly basis. Do better to show your customer loyalty. I have to give credit to the gentle who is working today at 9am and made my drink well done.

We had two cold drinks, name that i don’t remember. Small area, crew was quick in service. Area was clean other than the garbage area where one bin looks full. Surroundings are noise since it’s inside a mall.

Today my son and I went into Starbucks (bramalea city centre ) to get our order we had time to browse we were looking at there cool cups, we then the district manager was there and offered to give my son any cup he wanted on her and she paid it forward with her points. How sweet of her to make my sons day he couldn’t believe it :)
Great experience at Starbucks! Loved my coffee, and the kids enjoyed their strawberry drink and cake pops. The cakes were tasty too — perfect little treat for all of us!

They really love ice at this place, there’s always way too much of it in the drinks. As a former Starbucks partner, I know the standards, but I don’t even bother mentioning it anymore. I’d rather not deal with the frustration and negativity, especially from the manager. She never smiles and always seems to have a rude attitude. Once, when I politely pointed out that my drink seemed off, she insisted it was correct. I get that she’s training the team, but as a paying customer and as a former partner (and someone who orders the same drink every day), I know how many pumps of syrup should go in. Honestly, none of the staff seem happy; everyone always looks so dull and unfriendly.
