Stopped by this Subway today and was told the “system was down” so they couldn’t take any orders for at least half an hour. Honestly, I don’t understand this kind of setup—just take cash or card manually and make a sandwich. Nothing against the girl at the counter, she was polite, but the system itself is ridiculous. If the computers go down, customers shouldn’t have to just walk away hungry. Really disappointing experience.

This Subway location has given me some of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. About a month ago, I came here and was denied access to the washroom, which was already frustrating. But today, things were even worse.
At 12:36 PM, I was served by Amrit, and the way she treated me and my friend was unacceptable. She didn’t have crispy onions, and when I asked politely for a little extra olives, she flat out refused and said, “I won’t give you more.” On top of that, she carried herself with frustration and anger, almost like she was in sleep mode, not caring about the customers at all. Instead of being polite, she showed attitude and made the whole experience unpleasant.
I used to work at Subway myself, so I know the policies and how customers should be treated. The way Amrit behaved is completely opposite to Subway’s standards. She doesn’t know how to work properly, doesn’t know how to handle customer requests, and most importantly, doesn’t know how to make customers happy. Honestly, she doesn’t belong in customer service if this is the way she is going to treat people.
This was the final straw for me — I will not be coming back to the 17 Worthington Ave Unit D7.2, Brampton, ON L7A 2Y7 and I would strongly recommend others to think twice before visiting. Customer service matters, and this Subway seriously failed at it. Close you store because of this person that will happen ayn ways

Really poor service at this location. Today, the staff member Amrit was frustrated, impolite, and clearly uninterested in her work. She didn’t provide crispy onions, refused when I politely asked for a bit more olives, and carried herself with a very unprofessional attitude. Honestly, it looked like she was half asleep at the counter, moving as if she didn’t want to work. Her laziness and lack of customer care were very obvious, and it ruined my experience.
She is very poor in customer satisfaction, and if this continues, it will push away many customers. I already told the 25 people I live with not to come here at night if Amrit is working, and instead to choose a different Subway location. Please take this seriously — either improve her training or reconsider giving her shifts, because this type of service drives people away permanently.

Payment was processed and taken from my account but no order was shown in the app or in person. Staff refused to give us any information on who to contact for the fraudulent charge so we contacted the bank and reported the transaction. There should be a dedicated person who handles these disputes at each site or an actual person we can contact via phone regardless of the time.

I dont usually leave bad reviews, but I'm hoping management see this and makes some changes. I went in to this subway to get a quick meal. And the employees were very nice, but the state of the food must be breaking some public health rules. Flies everywhere. Cases of vegetables half frozen, or old looking. The Lettuce was all brown, like it was well past it's best use date. And the staff didn't seem bothered in the least that they were giving those items to people to eat with a smile on their face. I usually get all the vegetables on my sandwhich, but it was hard to pick even 3 vegetables that I thought looked safe enough to eat. I hope management see this and trains employees to make the food look more appetizing, or at the very least bring out fresh toppings

2 ladies working . Came to the store and workers said its cleaning time I have wait for 10 mintues .ok waited 15 minutes and went again Waited 5 minutes at the store nobody response fell like they dont want to serve me . And i left .

the food is good made by kavita but i think so they are using old break or baked it more because its more yhan crunchy

Very bad experience
Their bread was hard and tough. It's no longer soft and fresh like it used to be. The server was rushing me when I was choosing my sub toppings and no one else was even in the restaurant. This place has gone downhill. I won't be back!

This is the most unhygienic Subway I’ve ever visited. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. The staff member working this morning shouldn’t be in the food industry.
