I went to this Subway just now and had a terrible experience. The girl working there doesn’t know how to talk to customers at all. She was rude from the moment I walked in. She even burned the bread and tried to say that’s “how it toasts.” On top of her mistake, she was laughing like it was a joke. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’m not coming back here again. I will give negative for the service

Unpleasant exp at your outlet. My order was( material) incomplete and quality was below expectations. When i went back for assistance i faced rude behaviour from staff and received no resolution. I also return my subway at counter. Take appropriate action. Or shut down your outlet because its our valuable money

customer service is awful.They don’t pay attention to what the customer actually wants and they openly talk about each other and gossip.They roll their eyes and have attitude in their tone but it’s only the two girls who work a night shift the rest are good.

The server appeared visibly exhausted, struggling to squeeze out the last drops from empty sauce bottles while preparing my sub. I eventually had to ask her to refill them.
I ordered a footlong combo with a bottled Pepsi. When I requested an empty glass, she informed me that I would need to purchase a fountain drink instead. While I understand the need to charge for items, it would have been more reasonable to charge for the glass itself rather than requiring the purchase of an entirely different beverage.
It’s disappointing to see how management seems to lack a basic understanding of customer service. Small gestures—like offering a glass—can make a big difference in the customer experience.

Very disappointing experience. The staff member named Sargun was extremely rude and dismissive when I tried to share my order preference. If you’re working in customer service, listening to customers should be a basic skill — but that was completely missing here. Her tone was harsh and unprofessional, and the overall attitude showed no respect for customers. Definitely needs improvement.

Terrible experience. The woman at the counter named sargun was extremely rude and loud when I simply asked to have my sandwich grilled. She refused to help, showed zero respect or care for customers, and made the whole visit unpleasant. When I asked for a refund, she flat-out refused and said I could either take it or leave it. Completely unprofessional behavior and unacceptable customer service.

Yesterday we got three subs and our two subs were all messed up. when we called store they were like you can bring the subs in store as we can only help you after seeing the subs. I explained that we live little far then she said you can bring it in tomorrow. Very bad experience.
Really disappointing.

8 41 pm sep 22 bought a Nashville foot long , they served expired bread hard as rock , when i confronted them they neither apologized nor provided refund instead asked me to take another sandwich from that expired lot .

I recently had a very disappointing experience with the staff at Subway. The customer service was unprofessional and unfriendly from the moment I walked in. The staff seemed impatient, uninterested, and unwilling to answer basic questions about the menu.

PLEASE CHANGE YOUR STAFF.

Instead of providing helpful guidance, they rushed through the order and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. On top of that, their attitude lacked courtesy and respect, which left a very negative impression. Overall, the poor service overshadowed the meal, and it’s not an experience I’d want to repeat.

Stopped by this Subway today and was told the “system was down” so they couldn’t take any orders for at least half an hour. Honestly, I don’t understand this kind of setup—just take cash or card manually and make a sandwich. Nothing against the girl at the counter, she was polite, but the system itself is ridiculous. If the computers go down, customers shouldn’t have to just walk away hungry. Really disappointing experience.

This Subway location has given me some of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. About a month ago, I came here and was denied access to the washroom, which was already frustrating. But today, things were even worse.
At 12:36 PM, I was served by Amrit, and the way she treated me and my friend was unacceptable. She didn’t have crispy onions, and when I asked politely for a little extra olives, she flat out refused and said, “I won’t give you more.” On top of that, she carried herself with frustration and anger, almost like she was in sleep mode, not caring about the customers at all. Instead of being polite, she showed attitude and made the whole experience unpleasant.
I used to work at Subway myself, so I know the policies and how customers should be treated. The way Amrit behaved is completely opposite to Subway’s standards. She doesn’t know how to work properly, doesn’t know how to handle customer requests, and most importantly, doesn’t know how to make customers happy. Honestly, she doesn’t belong in customer service if this is the way she is going to treat people.
This was the final straw for me — I will not be coming back to the 17 Worthington Ave Unit D7.2, Brampton, ON L7A 2Y7 and I would strongly recommend others to think twice before visiting. Customer service matters, and this Subway seriously failed at it. Close you store because of this person that will happen ayn ways
