I ordered from subway app and i didn't receive any order. Then i called to restaurant and punajbi girls talking rudaly with me. She is not supported. And when i try to call again many time she didn't receive my call. Overall bad experience. I give order 40$ value. I recommend everyone do not give order from this restaurant. Even staff is not cooperate in phone. When i called her and told i want to talk with your manager. She told me i didn't do that and her response is like manager is not to talk with you and she put the phone rudaly.

I went today for subway. I literally mention that change the gloves and use knife which u are using for vegetarian but they just ignore it. Very disrespectful. I donât know what they are doing if we order online⊠no respect for customers. Never going again.

I had a really bad experience recently at this subway. I am a regular customer who gets a gluten free sandwich every time. Whenever I visit this location, I notice that one worker (I think sheâs the team leader of this place on Saturdays) has a noticeable reaction whenever we come because we get gluten free subs and they find it hard to make. On this specific day, me and my sister went to Subway at around 7:00 pm, and this worker noticed us and made a remark in her language to her coworkers in (Punjabi) that â oh why are they here againâ . It is really unwelcoming when workers have a negative reaction, just because of your bread preference. When we confronted her she changed the topic and denied she even said anything; even though it was clear and we understand her language. The workers at this location need to really improve their customer service; and itâs not a one time thing, they always have a visible negative reaction. After reading the reviews, I have realized that this is not an isolated instance and this place really needs to work on customer service skills. If you want to visit this location just be aware that you wonât get good customer service, and will have to deal with rude and over smart staff.

Went there many times but from last 2-3 times Iâm very disappointed with their service as two punjabi girls one sukh and I donât know other one, they always keep talking, doesnât matter if customers are standing, they will finish their personal talks first then theyâll ask you. Also if I ask to add anything, that girl sukh always give such a weird expressions. They should learn some basic manners.
