Order food online at 8.35 p.m and my app shows it ready and am inside waiting from 10 minutes and they havent started my order yet.
Many items including Sauces were unavailable. So not much choices. I am not sure if it was the time or a general situation
VERY poor customer service, not one but two very rude ladies at the front register. I’m never coming here again, both my friend and I were treated with utter disrespect and lack of humanity. I got eyes rolled at me by a worker, and my friend was yelled at. Please don’t come here.
I placed an online order today through the Subway app, which confirmed that my order would be ready for pickup at 9:05 PM. I arrived at the store on time and informed the cashier that I was there to pick up my order, as indicated by the app.
Unfortunately, the staff member ignored me at first and did not provide any response. After asking two or three times, she finally replied that they had many orders and I would need to wait around 20 more minutes.
This was confusing and frustrating—if the app confirms a pickup time of 9:05 PM, why should I have to wait an additional 20 minutes or more? In the end, I received my order at 9:30 PM, which was 25 minutes later than promised.
The whole purpose of ordering online is to save time and ensure a smooth experience.
Poor Service and Low Quality Food
Really disappointing experience today. The staff member, Simran, initially tried to give me just one piece of egg for a footlong sandwich, crumbling it over two-thirds of the bread to make it look like full coverage. I’ve ordered this same sandwich at multiple other locations, so I asked if she was supposed to add another piece. It was clear she didn’t want to go to the back to get more and insisted that’s how she was trained.
After I said I wouldn’t accept the sandwich like that, she eventually went to the back, then returned and added the egg—only after pretending to check with a colleague.
To top it all off, when I got home, the bread was stale and dry. Overall, a really poor experience both in terms of service and food quality. I won’t be returning to this location.
There was a metal object in my food. When I complained, the workers said it was my fault.
The girl was pathetic she made worst sandwich she dont know how to speak english charged us 16 dollars more.
Message to the manager: we are coming to grab lunch and our time is very limited. Please ensure you have enough people while lunch hours. Also make sure the meat portions are fair with the price.
I ordered online & when i visited the store the customer service is too good with greeting. Taste is really good. I ate the best sub of my life from this store.

We ordered two footlongs using the app and got the BOGOFL deal. The app was very easy to use and when we walked into the location we were greeted by a smile by Kamalpreet who was very attentive in listening to what we wanted (even though we had specified on the app when ordering) and she filled up the subs with all the veggies and sauces and topped them off with a pinch of pepper and salt. Very well prepared, great customer service. Thank you Kamalpreet and team.

Just had a veggie patty chimichuri sub here. Looooovvvedddd it!!!!!! Great customer service by those three punjabi girls (sorry didn’t see the name?). Sub tasted very fresh and had very nice amount of sauces in it. Thank you for your service!!

Just ordered through subway app today in evening and got veg sub. Sandwich was horrible, there were hardly any vegetables in the sandwich. Sandwich was literally empty.I asked for pickles and olives, they were missing from the sandwich. Some of the sauces were missing. They used old bread to make the sandwich, bread was very dry and was hard to chew. I had to throw away the whole sandwich. Horrible service!!

Anytime the company has sale the stores take out stuff from the website so you cannot order online but if you walk in there, they have it. They just don’t want you to buy it on sale with the company advertising. It makes you go 1 km away from your house to get it.
Came in today ( Saturday May 11) at around 7:30pm. Ladies were fantastic and worked well as a team. Clean store, awesome customer service even though it was very busy. Keep up the positive attitude. ?
