My worst subway experience. Only 1 other person in line who was indecisive, so i asked to be served first.

A simple 6 inch sandwich with rotisserie chicken on flat bread. She starts by ripping the flat bread into uneven parts, granted i got the larger piece. Chicken ok, but then she slapped the cheese on mostly one side, leaving the other cheeseless. Then, after she puts the other person's sandwich in the oven, comes to put my topings, only tomato, cucumber and onions, but she was doing it all rushed, not even counting or grabbing, just throwing the topings, carelessly, the sandwich looked horrible. I just walked out. No reason to be in a rush over my simple order but it was done as if i was being served in a jail.

I worked in subway 10 years ago, so i know things aren't supposed to be like this.

I am unsatisfied with the way the staff is working in those poor work conditions with no air condition that is no way for the staff to work and when I opened the door I could not breath while I waited could imagine the staff being there for 10 hrs, if nothing gets done soon I will report this to the labour board I am a regular customer and I nor the staff should have to be in your store in those conditions I will be following up with your staff to make sure that this matter gets resolved asap.

I ordered more than $200 in but still this guys equipments not working. Its not first time. Its been more than 2 month. Looks like owner do not care about the reputation of subway. Temperature outside 35c and no air conditioner working.

Staff was really amazing with the service and food. Worst part was i wanted to dine in but there is no air conditioning working in this place I don’t know how this poor staff is working in this kind of condition it is so hot .

I have been regular at this location. My usual order is more than 20 dollar and thier AC has not been working for a week i dont know how the employees survived the heat wave and i feel like management needs to pay little attention to this.

I had a very pleasant experience at this subway especially services provided by Navdeep Kaur. She was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. She made my sandwich the way i like very neat and clean. Because of her services I will visit the store again.

Stohu was serving me.

I order online and she did not keep it ready when I walked in after 20 mins of the ready time.
Instead of clearing out the doubt on call, she waited for 40 mins for us to clear the doubt when we were expecting an order ready!

They don’t have bread, they don’t have onion. And there was no customers service! The least we can expect a courtesy smile! Felt like she was having a long day at work.

Went here because I saw that they had a free footlong cookie today, I go and ask and the worker lady says it’s if you order online. I order online but the system is very laggy and I end up ordering a cold cut by mistake while she’s making my bmt. I complete the transaction online and show her and she says I ordered a cold cut which I did mistakenly and says I can only get that. I ask her can I have the sub I just made sitting there and she says no you did Not pay for that. She said there is no way for me to pay the difference in store or refund my purchase so I’m forced to take it. Oh and the cookie I never got it since it was online but you had to add a coupon and they ended up throwing my already made bmt from the start in the trash. Garbage online system and even worse employees to deal with.

I cant believe how rude they are, I ask them it's my brthday today can u add something, she ask u have any points a,I said no...she said thn she can't add anything with my order...tht was totally okay....but she didn't even bother to wish me brthday....nd whn try to add toppings in order she talk aggressively and said can't do again again....never gonna come out this location...ruined my whole day
