I have had repeated bad experiences at this Subway location in Bramalea City Centre. Many times they don’t have menu items available, but still list them on the app. When I arrive, staff tell me to order something else instead of informing me ahead of time. Last week my order was cancelled completely because the sub I wanted wasn’t available. Today, only half of my order was made, and the staff rudely told me they couldn’t cancel just the missing items — they cancelled the whole order, wasting 30 minutes of my work break. The staff are uncooperative and rude.
This location seriously needs better management, proper stock, and respectful customer service.

Hello everyone I’ve been eating Subway for over 20 years, and this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had. The chicken was cut into such tiny pieces that it barely felt like meat at all—I’ve never seen chicken served like this at any Subway before. On top of that, they charged me extra for cheese, which has never been an issue at other locations. Overall, I felt the quality was extremely cheap compared to what I’ve come to expect from Subway. I would not recommend visiting this location.

the girls working here not only make the sandwiches with love but they are extremely kind to their customers and to each other, love to see it

I had a disappointing experience with a SUPREET at Subway today. I politely asked to have my footlong packed in separate bags, and instead of a simple response, I was met with unexpected rudeness and attitude. It was a small request, but her tone and behavior were unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. EVEN THOUGH TGERE WAS A LINE OF CUSTOMERS AND SHE SAID I WAS RUDE JUST BECAUSE I ASKED HER TO PACK IT IN TWO BAGS . I THOUGHT IT WAS PART OF THEIR JOBB
WHEN I ASKED HER TO GRILLED THE SANDWICH SHE SAID ITS NOT WORKING AFTER MAKING MY SANDWICH
As a paying customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect. I hope management looks into this and reminds staff of the importance of customer service.SUPREET YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO BEHAVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICES IF YOU ARE WORKING
Supreet and jashan both girls are hardworking and speaks very politely.I also like the behaviour and service.
The staff is very friendly and helpful I ordered for the first time and all the team members gave me suggestions and when I tried it it was beyond my expectations I love their work. I also recommend my friends to try it.
Amazing staff, Girls did an excellent job by making subs so perfect as toppings were well distributed all over the sandwich. The place is hygienic as the girls were changing gloves frequently after each and every order.

Recently, I noticed some customers complaining about having to ask for their receipts instead of being handed one automatically. While I understand the importance of getting a receipt, I believe it’s unfair to criticize Subway for this small detail. Their focus is on delivering great food and service, and it’s not uncommon for businesses to wait until a customer requests a receipt to save paper and reduce waste—an environmentally conscious practice.
Instead of faulting the staff for something so minor, we should appreciate their hard work and the positive dining experience they create. They handle rush hours with patience and professionalism, ensuring that every customer is served promptly and with a smile. If you do need a receipt, a simple request is all it takes, and they’re happy to provide it without hesitation.
Subway deserves more recognition for their excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction. Let’s show them the respect they’ve earned and focus on the bigger picture: a great meal served by a team that genuinely cares about its Customers.

After my experience here I don't believe any of the positive reviews are real. I regularly buy subs but this was my first time at this location. Preparation of a footlong sub was mediocre but I just assumed the person was new so I didn't say anything. I was concerned looking at the toppings as they're appeared to be cross-contamination with many of the topings. Made me wary of the cleanliness. Took the sub home (5 mins away) and as soon as I took it out of the bag I realized the bread was rock hard. I called them to let them know and they said they could give me a new one if I come back. I told them I wouldn't have time to come back and I will come later for a refund. They asked me if I had a receipt and I told them that they didn't give me one. When I returned later that evening for my refund they said they could not give it to me without a receipt and offer to just give me another sub. I told them that was unacceptable as I did not want another sub especially after my previous experience and they said they couldn't do anything without a receipt. Shortly after multiple customers came back with their subs complaining about the same thing. None of the people had a receipt so clearly this restaurant knows exactly how they are scamming their customers by not giving receipts so they can sell old stale food without repercussions. Please save your time and money and eat somewhere else
