Worst customer service. Staff is very rude 👎🏻👎🏻
Subway has always been one of my go-to spots for a quick, healthy, and delicious meal. What truly stands out is their commitment to quality and service. The staff at Subway are always welcoming, attentive, and efficient. They ensure that your order is customized exactly the way you want it, and the ingredients are always fresh, which makes every bite satisfying.
Recently, I noticed some customers complaining about having to ask for their receipts instead of being handed one automatically. While I understand the importance of getting a receipt, I believe it’s unfair to criticize Subway for this small detail. Their focus is on delivering great food and service, and it’s not uncommon for businesses to wait until a customer requests a receipt to save paper and reduce waste—an environmentally conscious practice.
Instead of faulting the staff for something so minor, we should appreciate their hard work and the positive dining experience they create. They handle rush hours with patience and professionalism, ensuring that every customer is served promptly and with a smile. If you do need a receipt, a simple request is all it takes, and they’re happy to provide it without hesitation.
Subway deserves more recognition for their excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction. Let’s show them the respect they’ve earned and focus on the bigger picture: a great meal served by a team that genuinely cares about its Customers.

After my experience here I don't believe any of the positive reviews are real. I regularly buy subs but this was my first time at this location. Preparation of a footlong sub was mediocre but I just assumed the person was new so I didn't say anything. I was concerned looking at the toppings as they're appeared to be cross-contamination with many of the topings. Made me wary of the cleanliness. Took the sub home (5 mins away) and as soon as I took it out of the bag I realized the bread was rock hard. I called them to let them know and they said they could give me a new one if I come back. I told them I wouldn't have time to come back and I will come later for a refund. They asked me if I had a receipt and I told them that they didn't give me one. When I returned later that evening for my refund they said they could not give it to me without a receipt and offer to just give me another sub. I told them that was unacceptable as I did not want another sub especially after my previous experience and they said they couldn't do anything without a receipt. Shortly after multiple customers came back with their subs complaining about the same thing. None of the people had a receipt so clearly this restaurant knows exactly how they are scamming their customers by not giving receipts so they can sell old stale food without repercussions. Please save your time and money and eat somewhere else

Worst subway ever. The girl who works there was so rude. They don't even know how to talk with customers. We are not taking it free of coast
During the BOGO footlong deals, they weren't ready with the order or setting up the restaurant. They apologized and asked if I could wait, which I did. They made it up to me by creating and stuffing one of the best subs I've had at a Subway franchise. They ensured I was satisfied, which is how a good business should operate.

My mom became violently ill after eating an assorted sub from this franchise on Monday afternoon. It was definitely food poisoning, more than likely it was caused by listeria.
I went to the franchise yesterday and I informed the staff about what happened to my Mom. I was told "thank you, we'll keep that in mind...." The woman had no clue regarding what I said.
I have informed the region of peel regarding the incident.

The staff is to rude, one girl, she was at front, she don’t know how to deal with customers. She don’t have patience she don’t know how to talk with customers. To much attitude problem.

Me and my friends ordered sub (Aug 13,around 3PM)
and told the girl who was helping us that we want it toasted n grilled , later on due to more customers she passed our order to other girl (fair colour , usually at cash) . She didn’t grill it , when we asked her to do it (the sub was on paper , she didn’t roll it yet ), she denied . This was the third time of experiencing worst customer service here by the same girl. She just knows how to make faces not how to serve properly. Later on, she grilled one of the sub with the packaging on it, like seriously?? And it was all cold food. We are paying for food , not for cheap attitude.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the food was mediocre at best. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Girls at the counter needs to learn customer service.
I visited last weekend in the afternoon, requested to pack my food separate but they denied. I swear if, any other community people would have make that request girls would have done it…Even though , i asked the girl that im gonna post the review on it.. they started making faces and no one from front staff apologize.
They should deal with their customers with the HEART.
