I placed an order under the name Anreet for two Subway sandwiches, and the experience was very disappointing. One of the sandwiches was missing olives and chipotle sauce, and the other had mayo added even though we didn’t ask for it. When we went back to the store to let them know, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They told us we would have to drive all the way back to our home—which is an hour away—to fix the mistake, even after we showed them a picture as proof. This was completely unfair since the error was on their end, not ours. Very poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I definitely do not recommend this location.

The worker Ramandeep or Randeep i couldn't read her name tag was super rude. She made 7 online order subs while I waited in line with one person ahead of me. Then she disappeared in the back instead of taking my order. I waited 20 minutes for 2 subs and they made 10 for people online it makes no sense. Terrible customer service.

Employee (Navpreet) never changed gloves and was very rude. I mentioned less lettuce, but she still added more, and for the things I requested more of, she added very little to cut costs and messed my whole sub. Please, Subway, take action for this.it is matter for hygiene and health of people.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent Subway order. I had asked for multiple sauces, but barely any were added—it was dry and messy, with everything thrown together carelessly. The bread smelled awful, like it was old or stale, making the whole sandwich unappetizing. The cucumbers and lettuce were soggy and lacked any freshness, and the entire sub looked like it had been sitting out for hours. For over $12, this was a complete waste of money. I expected a fresh, flavorful sub, but got a stale, mess instead. This experience has honestly made me reconsider ordering from Subway at this location again.
