After a good workout at the gym, I went over to Subway to grab some dinner 25 minutes before close and the customer service associate had the door locked , I knocked on the window a couple of times to get their attention and when she finally came open the door, she told me they’ve already put everything away and cleaned up and they’re closed for the night

The worst experience here at this location. I went in to order a soup and the woman serving me was super rude, did not take her gloves off at the cash register - which makes me question the cleanliness of this restaurant. My soup was cold, had floating chunks and when I reached out to the restaurant, the General Manager ignored my follow up email when I sent photos of my soup. I will never order anything from here again!
