Waited 25 mints after placing order online, they listed it’s ready but still make me wait for extra 25 minutes.
The worker Ramandeep or Randeep i couldn't read her name tag was super rude. She made 7 online order subs while I waited in line with one person ahead of me. Then she disappeared in the back instead of taking my order. I waited 20 minutes for 2 subs and they made 10 for people online it makes no sense. Terrible customer service.

Poor customer service, food is either cold or not prepared properly and the whole place is filled with garbage everyone. Subway needs to do a better job with their employees and services. Navpreet was very rude to me and did not show any kindness or professionalism.

PrabhSimran was great made our food really good, will recommend. Good service and good portion sides
Employee (Navpreet) never changed gloves and was very rude. I mentioned less lettuce, but she still added more, and for the things I requested more of, she added very little to cut costs and messed my whole sub.
Please, Subway, take action for this.it is matter for hygiene and health of people.

No fresh breads available and even don’t have all kinds too. They just have plain ones and that too are completely dried out but the employees are saying those are fresh.
The worst location I have ever visited first no one took the order for good 15 mins and when they came to take order the breads are stale. Don’t want to rate them even a single star. Find out some other location nearby rather than going to this store.

I really had bad experience at this store the employee was very rude and even the sub was unorganized i literally have to throw the whole sandwich even i asked her to grill the sandwich but she made weird face and she didn’t wrapped it in proper way.

they only have indians working at this location and at every other subway in canada…it’s disgusting.they are unclean and don’t know good customer service.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent Subway order. I had asked for multiple sauces, but barely any were added—it was dry and messy, with everything thrown together carelessly. The bread smelled awful, like it was old or stale, making the whole sandwich unappetizing. The cucumbers and lettuce were soggy and lacked any freshness, and the entire sub looked like it had been sitting out for hours. For over $12, this was a complete waste of money. I expected a fresh, flavorful sub, but got a stale, mess instead. This experience has honestly made me reconsider ordering from Subway at this location again.
I visited this place for the first time with my friends. we enjoyed also but thing happened the staff members were little friendly. We took veg sub for our lunch.

I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff(Simran) showed a complete lack of respect towards us and infront other customers. Her behavior was unprofessional and rude, and she seemed uninterested in treating guests with basic courtesy.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and no customer should be treated like this. Just because someone works here doesn’t give them the right to talk to customers in such a rude way or make us feel insulted.
I’m telling you this because I believe in giving direct feedback. I hope you will take this seriously. If such behavior continues, I’ll have no choice but to take further action.
Poor customer service as the staff is not professional. Ordered a foot long sub but they were just making it very simple even if i gave them special instructions. Moreover they are not able to grill the sub if it is loaded. The potato rings were not fresh and all the employees seems confusing and keep on asking others. Will never come back again here. Poor quality of sub and staff is not friendly!!!!!!!!
Go somewhere else where can you get the items you pay for!

I have been a customer of subway since 1999 and never have I even had this kind of customer service experience or ever complained I didn't end up buying anything from this location so can't comment on food but I would definitely not feed my family the food which is made by someone who's making faces.
Subway order procedure ( please correct me if I'm wrong)
1.Select you bread and cheeses and ask if you would like it to be roasted (made her face)
2. Select you protein or veggies (veg patties)
And asked you would like it to be toasted (made her face again)
Her phone rings in the back goes answering her phone telling her coleague to take care of my order . Comes back asking what I want for my 6 inches I said chicken ( made her face again)
Theese was enough for me to walk away.

2 -foot long veggie
1 -6 inch chicken
1- 6inch veggie delight
1 - sidekick.
The attendent is more in to answering her personal phone ringing in back then focusing on customer who's ordering the food.
Took my business elsewhere where it is actually appreciated.
Owner should train the staff for customer service specially in this economy I am a restauranteur myself so I believe me I wouldn't be writing this for something which doesn't need to be addressed. Check cameras and you will know.

Went here Today.. bought a sub.. the lady named gurleen maybe, was full of attitude nd rude.. no sense to treat customers unnecessarily laughing at customers.
and no skill at all.. doesn’t know how to make a sandwich teribble.. no sauce at alll.. i had to threw it away.. very dissatisfied!
