They don’t make the order on time based on the app. They don’t put enough meat. I ordered on the app and then went to the store only for them to forget my order. Bad customer service

Placed an online order today around 2:38pm. The staff can't even read the items/toppings properly from the order. Asked to put tomatoes and jalapenos in one of the subs they put in both, didn't even put all the sauces that I asked for so it was dry. I don't even understand why you'd hire such staff that doesn't even know how to work in fast food chains, if you don't know how to run a restaurant then close it, why should people waste money on something that the restaurant isn't capable of even fulfilling.

I just had a wonderful veggie patty from Subway. The guy who works there is amiable and very quick. asked the guy to add their preferred sauce, which goes with it and tastes delicious.

I have been visiting this place for almost a year, sometimes twice a month. The staff is always very nice, attentive, and listens carefully to my requests. Even though it’s always busy, they still cooperate with customers, so as customers, we should also be understanding and cooperative with them. I love their service, and the food at Subway is always made just right for me. Highly recommend! ♥️

Placed a sub platter for pick up 2 days in advance and when I got there they had no platter ready ! They eventually found proof of my order and then I had to wait for them to make the sandwiches for me on the spot which delayed my event ! Please come up with a better way to track your orders !

Night staff doesn’t know about customer service a tall girl took my order and she give me a just piece of bread I asked for tomatoes and she put soggy tomatoes totally wastage of money. Their manager should tell them about good customer service

The night employee of this branch are busy in talking with each other . They don’t even listen the customer.If I talk about sub its just a piece of bread with patty only and no veggies at all. This is worst subway I tried .
