Very bad experience at night around 2am .
The lady working at this Subway was extremely rude and unprofessional and the lady named as navpreet . She spoke with attitude, didn’t listen properly, and behaved like customers are a burden. On top of that, the food quality was terrible — the bread felt old, vegetables were not fresh, and the sandwich was poorly made.
If someone is working in customer service, basic respect is the minimum expectation, which was completely missing here. I paid full price and received bad food and even worse behavior. Management seriously needs to focus on this kind of behaviour . I will not be coming back to this Subway location.

They took online order and when we arrive they said they don’t have lettuce then we ask to put patty they said yes they can after fee second their manger stop her coworker to add the replacement they said no they can’t . This is poor customer service

Worst experience ever, This Subway is absolutely useless. I’ve been waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes, and my food still never showed up. Maybe the driver messed up, but the staff didn’t even bother to confirm the order before handing it out. Zero attention, zero responsibility. When I called, they hit me with-We can’t do anything, since you already paid. So basically, once they take your money, they stop caring. No help, no effort ..just excuses. I’m never ordering from this location again, and honestly, everyone else should avoid this place too. Go to any other Subway as it can’t be worse than this disaster.

I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered an egg sandwich and it was so hard I could barely eat it. On top of that, my Pepsi was completely missing from the order. This is unacceptable. If I’m paying full price, I expect my food to be fresh and my order to be complete. Very frustrating experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ramanjot Kaur. The customer service was poor and her behaviour came across as rude and unprofessional. I did not feel respected or properly helped during my interaction.

I have been here many times,, it was always great except this time. There was a lady behind the counter who was behaving very badly with customers. I found this very inappropriate behaviour which is not acceptable at all.
If i see her there again, i am not going back there sorry.

I recently visited there last week… i was so hungry a girl named ramanjot working there she was not paying attention at all. She was so rude. I had to wait so long n she was on the phone for soo long. I decided to walk out but i was hungry so had to wait.

Ramjot was extremely rude. I feel sorry for the owner of this franchise because they will be losing business due to Ramjot and probably not realize why repeat customers are not returning. If she was rude to us I can only imagine how rude she is to other paying customers. I am. disappointed with the service my family received at this Subway location.
My daughter has a medical dietary restriction involving histamine intolerance. Certain ingredients can cause her severe stomach pain that would require medical attention. Because of this, we are always very careful and specific when ordering food for her.
Today, she politely ordered a veggie sub and specifically asked for honey mustard, which is one of the few sauces she can safely have. The employee, Ramjot, accidentally put regular mustard instead — which she cannot have. Mistakes happen, and we were understanding. All we asked was for the sandwich to be remade.
Instead of remaking it, the employee insisted she would “scrape it off,” even though the mustard had already soaked into the bread and vegetables. We explained again that my daughter could get sick and that scraping it off would not make it safe. Rather than helping, the employee argued with us repeatedly and refused to remake the sub.
My daughter left the store in tears from how embarrassed and dismissed she felt. No child — or customer — should ever feel belittled for simply asking for food they can safely eat.
I want management to understand that this was not about “wasting food.” This was about preventing a medical reaction. Any parent in our situation would expect the sandwich to be remade correctly to protect their child’s health.
For clarification:
Honey mustard and regular mustard are NOT the same for someone with histamine intolerance.
Regular mustard contains vinegar and mustard seed, which are major histamine triggers.
Honey mustard, depending on the brand, is much milder and can be tolerated in small amounts.
A little compassion and willingness to correct a mistake would have avoided all of this.
I hope Subway management sees this review, addresses the issue, and provides proper customer service training so no other family has to go through an experience like this.

The staff Don't know How to take orders , While billing i ask them for a fountain drink pepsi , instead of charging me for the fountain drink , The boy Charged me for a Half litter pepsi bottle. They Don't listen orders carefully.

There were three staff members working at the front, and I ended up waiting 35 minutes for my online order.
The staff member responsible for printing online orders hadn’t even printed mine. When I arrived, I informed the cashier I was there for pickup, and she asked me to wait a few minutes without asking for my order number or confirming whether the order had been received.
Five minutes past the scheduled pickup time on the app, I followed up and was told they hadn’t received my order. I asked them to double-check, since the app showed it as in progress. Meanwhile, six customers who arrived after me had already received their orders and left.
One of the staff members finally began preparing my order but left in the middle, leaving my subs wide open on the counter. The other two staff did not complete the order, and my two foot longs sat unattended for five minutes. I had to ask what they were waiting for, and one responded, “I don’t know,” before finally completing my order.
I eventually received my two foot longs and one cookie after 35-40 minutes of waiting in-store (plus the time the online order was placed). While a staff member apologized and offered a cookie, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. There was no clear workflow, no communication between staff, and no sense of responsibility, despite a long line of customers and multiple online orders on a busy Saturday night.
