I had placed an online order at this place. They gave my order to someone else by mistake and the girl was trying to call that person to return the food and want to give it to me. As per the food policy no one is able to serve the food to their customers which is returned by somebody. They always need to serve fresh food. It was a pathetic expericence. When I asked for the refund, the lady was telling me that its not such a issue to get the refund. Please train your staff and make sure they are aware about the food policies.

I’m a regular customer at Subway and visited today as usual. Unfortunately, their toaster wasn't working, but I still had a great experience. Rajveer went above and beyond to make my sandwich absolutely delicious and fresh, even without the toaster! Really appreciate the effort and friendly service. Thank you, Rajveer!

I don't recommend. Very disappointed because I love Subway. We placed an online order that said it would be ready for pickup at 4:30 pm, but when we arrived, they hadn't even started preparing it yet, and we ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. When we received our order, the bread they used for the BLT was old & stale, very firm, very difficult to bite into, squeaky against the teeth and hurt the roof of my mouth. The Jerked Spiced Chicken Bowl did not include anything I had added, no lettuce, spinach, crispy onions, tomatoes, pickles, or extra sauces. It only included the rice, a few pieces of chicken, a white sauce that did not look like the Jerk Aioli sauce, and ingredients I did not want and had removed from my order due to my food sensitivities. Instead, it was loaded with olives and onions, which I could not eat, otherwise, my acid reflux would take over, and I personally don't vibe with olives. They made our footlong incorrectly as well, but I've already written so much here. My Fiancé went back in, the staff who prepared our order had already left, and a different employee, who we had to encourage to feel the BLT bread being so firm and stale, informed us that we should receive a full refund in 24 hours, as the order was placed through the Subway App. Very disappointed..

I’ve been going to this location everyday for the last 2 weeks and i’m always very pleased with my service and the food. Deep is especially great as she greets me everyday when I come in and always remembers my order. Would 100% recommend this location.
