Really bad service. The ladies working in front are really bad. They were not following the i structure. They said if you want lettuce in your bread tell us before because with the lettuce the bread will not close properly. They were not understanding what we were saying and then when we said that you are not trying understand what we are saying, she started talking loud. Really bad experience over there.

I dropped off my 13 year old daughter at the Trinity Common's Subway in Brampton yesterday because she wanted to just get a drink & was told by a staff member that she couldn't just get a drink that she needed to buy food as well. I have never heard this & was appalled! So she ended up buying a combo so that she could get a drink & use a gift card that she had. Never again will I be going to Subway or be getting gift cards for my children from there.

Shub made my order.. She followed all my instructions.. Subway has gone way beyond by changing the taste of Vege Patty.. Much better than before.. Fresh Bread and ample amount of toppings.

If you're vegetarian, don't order at this place. Staff is not changing their gloves, using same gloves for meat and veggies. The lady who was making turkey sandwich, using same gloves to put veggies, when asked she said, they never change their gloves at this location. This was my first time at this location, always order from heartlake location, and the staff over there changes gloves after and before every switch.

I love the way how RAMANJEET AND BHINDERJEET both were making our subway’s. I love the positive environment. They are very good in their job. EXPERIENCE WAS REALLY WONDERFUL.
Had a great experience at Subway today! The two girls working there were super friendly, quick, and made everything just right. You could tell they really cared about the customers and kept the place clean and welcoming. Shoutout to them for making the visit so smooth and pleasant!
Poor service they are not listening to anyone and don’t give extra.
I had placed an online order at this place. They gave my order to someone else by mistake and the girl was trying to call that person to return the food and want to give it to me. As per the food policy no one is able to serve the food to their customers which is returned by somebody. They always need to serve fresh food. It was a pathetic expericence. When I asked for the refund, the lady was telling me that its not such a issue to get the refund. Please train your staff and make sure they are aware about the food policies.
I’m a regular customer at Subway and visited today as usual. Unfortunately, their toaster wasn't working, but I still had a great experience. Rajveer went above and beyond to make my sandwich absolutely delicious and fresh, even without the toaster!
