Server with turban is very impolite. She doesnt know how to talk properly and we have been coming to the same branch for more than 4months now. Always the same experience. We hope customers are heard as we know it’s not just us who leaves comments of the same issue. Kanwal is nice though.

(DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION) Never had such a bad experience in subway but this was terrible veggies were not fresh either the bread was not fresh but still they burned my bread and it was not left as a bread it was to hard to eat and it went crispy and the lady with turban was too rude and i had a footlong and told her to cut into half she didn’t even cut that into equal pieces then at end i asked her for cup of water or something to drink at room temperature but she refused it that you have to pay for the whole drink if you want the cup of water like it was so irritating.👎
I had a disappointing experience with the staff member in the turban. My order through the Subway app was never delivered, and when I reached out for assistance, she was unhelpful and dismissive. It’s frustrating to pay for a service and not receive the food I ordered. I expected better customer service and support, but her attitude was extremely unprofessional and discouraging.

I visited this Subway location today, expecting it to open at 11:00 AM as posted. I arrived at 10:55 and the girl working inside told me they weren’t open yet. I said no problem and came back at 11:05, but she still said they weren’t ready because the equipment wasn’t set up. Had I waited another 15-20 minutes and went back in she might have made another excuse.
If you say you open at 11, be ready to serve at 11. Even Google says this location opens at 10. The time isn't the issue — it’s the poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Very frustrating experience.
