Absolutely terrible!! How disappointed ☹️ and frustrated am I. Went in today and first observation is that the food trays were dirty but I was so hungry that I continued with my sun anyway. Bread was stale, veggies soggy, cheese tasted off. Horrible customer service - and I will definitely not be going there again. So dissatisfied absolutely the worst location in Brampton in my opinion.

Just ordered a pizza sub , the worker put the bread to heat up for like 15 secs. The bread was so cold when I tried to eat it almost like it’s frozen . Never had this bad of an experience at a subway . Felt like I was eating biting on frozen bread.

Customer Service was bad, server had attitude, was not following my order right. Gave bad vegetables/toppings on my sub, had to ask for more sauce on the sub and she gave attitude. Worst experience ever. I use to go there often and the server before was polite and had a smile on her face. The customer service from the other worker was awesome.

Terrible experience! For the price of the food, they should be giving more. We asked for more lettuce on my salad and the lady gave nothing. It was terrible and I will not be returning. No wonder that location is empty all the time.

How come non of my subway coupons did not work? Lady who made this first of cut bread very rough and she did not able to succeed apply any of the subway coupons! SUBWAY COUPONS ARE JOKE

This subway should have a higher rating then it has right now. The lady kept things super clean, washed her hands, and switch gloves for each order. She was fabulous. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the food tastes like subway. Definitely recommend.
