This was an extremely disappointing experience at this Subway location today. I placed a mobile order and clearly stated in the order notes that my footlong sandwich must be cut into two parts and packed separately.

When I arrived, I politely repeated the same request, but the Girl Staff member refused and spoke to me rudely. She even told me that I had to bring my own bag to carry the Subway, which is completely unacceptable for a takeout order.

Every other Subway location follows this same instruction without any problem. This is the only location where my request was ignored and I was treated disrespectfully.

A paper bag should already be included with the order. After asking multiple times, she finally gave me one, but the overall attitude and behavior were highly unprofessional. Simple instructions were clearly mentioned in the app and repeated in person, yet still ignored.

If I am paying the full price, there is no excuse for such horrible service. I will never recommend anyone to go to this location. Management needs to take this seriously and address staff behavior and customer service standards.

Yesterday I bought cold cut combo in morning for my son school lunch, after eating this my son was whole day and night suffer with loose motion , it’s was very embarrassing condition for us , may be ham was not fresh.

I had a great experience at Subway today thanks to Hargun. She was extremely polite, patient, and paid attention to every detail while making my sandwich. She greeted me with a smile and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted. It’s rare to see such friendly and professional customer service these days.

I ordered on skip, and I call this subway 6-7 times because i have to - some ingredients in my order.. none of the call was received. Don’t know why there is a contact on their web if they don’t have to pick the calls of the customer. Worst experience with this location.

Bad experience. The girls working on Saturday’s and Sunday’s evenings, SABRINA she is sooo rude. She doesn’t know how to behave with the customer. This is my third time taking to her, she is having rude behaviour and no interest at all while serving. Management should look at her.

I went there today. order total 8 subway was on deal 1 free on 1. on my order I selected all veggies and 4-5 veggies I selected more. selected 4 sauce with extra sauce quantity. when come home and everyone open subway everyone so disappointed and angry but nothing we can do. was hardly any veggies inside feels like you eating only bread. i selected so many sauce still looks dry like inside no sauce. no cheese inside. I felt like i got robbed. never going back to that location

Just got my sub after waiting for 20 mins. There was no one at register. Then girl came , no greeting and seems like totally not interested in making sandwich. I would say very poorly manage store. Manger or owner should look into this matter.if in case there’s too much work for single person then they should provide additional help for their employees. But this is not what a customer expects after spending their hard earned money.

I called them , they asked me to call back which I did , no one answered the phone for over 1 hr , so I gave up!!! And got my order over 2 hrs late
