I went to this location on jan 28at 5 pm, I don't know who hired her and why because she literally had no clue how to deal with customers even the food was awful . I could have given it negative stars. Please, whoever owns this store should seriously consider hiring another person who could do justice to this job of customer service. No wonder why this store wasn't busy. I'm not coming here again.

Not a very good morning for me I was on my way to my work nd felt like buying breakfast the girl in front doesn’t know how to talk and work . If she is doing front and dealing with customers she need to show some energy and talk professionally. I paid for my meal it’s not like I owe her something . She was rude . I asked for extra cheese mozzarella cheese and she said “ we don’t have it and also it’s extra charges “ I said it’s fine for charges thn she said “we don’t have it “ sounding super rude. Highly disappointed. Nodoubt why you guys have 3.2 standing on your rating !!

I came to the location today on 11 decmber 2024 at 5:30 pm and the employee was behaving as she is giving me the sandwich for free. -100 for customer service owner needs to heir new employees and should hier the staff who knows how to talk to the coustmer. And also I'm regreting now for giving tip after all this. Their should be negative rating for them.

The food was disappointing but the worker was friendly. This is supposed to be an Italian herb and cheese bun, where is the cheese? Was there some shortage at this location only??

Ordered an Italian BMT online and the sandwich really lacked fillings. There was barely any deli meat and the sandwich looked so sad. Definitely would never order from this location again.

I visited Subway around 1:00 pm on November 7 and it was a terrible experience. First, I received the wrong order, and when I asked about it, the staff member said they had “customized” it without even asking me. I decided to let it go, but the food was still awful—the bread was stale, and the quality was far from fresh. On top of that, I tried calling multiple times to file a complaint, but no one responded to my calls. It felt like a complete waste of money, and I’m very disappointed. Definitely not going back.

If I can give I will give zero stars to the service. Firstly, the bread was like kept for three days in cabinet. secondly the lady working was rude like she is giving it for freee to us and the condition of sub was disgusting all the veggies were out on the sheet such a mess it was I never had this kind of taste of chicken teriyaki in my life. Worst service ever. Also, by filling veggies at front, she was eating along with that. I think the owner must do something
