The food here is not good at all. The veggies were all browning and not fresh when we ordered. People can get really sick by how they take care of the food here. It looked like they left it out over 2 nights. The ladies were not friendly or accommodating. Don’t go here to eat.

I always ordered from this location but this time my experience was really bad lady who was working Monday closing shift was highly unprofessional I ordered 12 inch she made 6 inch on arrival she made another 6 inch I in the order i asked for crispy onion and grilled and toasted both were not there and my subway its toppings were all over and when I asked her to o re heat my first subway that she made she was just making faces .it was really bad I think she was having her known people there she was handling them and got distracted .service was really bad and she did not even apologized properly for the time I have to wait there .

I just visited Subway for a footlong, and the experience was really disappointing. There was a lady working there who seemed busy handling a takeout order, so I waited patiently for about 5–8 minutes. When it was finally my turn, she asked me to pay first—I asked if I could pay after, but she insisted I pay right away. That was fine, but her attitude was off-putting. She didn’t respond to any of our questions and showed no basic courtesy.

As someone who works in customer service myself, I believe no matter what you’re going through personally, you should still treat customers with respect and kindness. There was no greeting, no thank you—just a sense of “take your food, pay, and leave.”

It was my first time there, and honestly, I don’t plan on coming back. Working at Subway isn’t complicated; a simple smile and respectful attitude go a long way. Unfortunately, some people just make it worse. If you don’t enjoy what you’re doing, maybe consider a different job. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously especially when it comes to service and customer experience.

Ordered two footlong subs with herb and garlic bread, bread was stale so hard to even chew.

First time I’ve been told in a subway that I can’t get extra spinach because “they’re running out and need to save some for the next customer” with a full container of spinach sitting in front of me. I hope the server felt embarrassed after I told her to put more on anyway. This location is a joke. Do not recommend.

Food was good, about what you expect from subway, but there was an incredibly berating, disrespectful woman who ordered in front of me, and the worker (I think her name was Gagan) was incredibly kind and professional despite it. Service was great, and I’ll keep coming here because of it.

Today, December 16, 2024, at approximately 2 pm, we visited this location and ordered two foot-long subs, specifically the vege delight and chicken teriyaki. Unfortunately, the counter staff prepared the subs inadequately, applying insufficient toppings. When I brought this to her attention, she claimed that this was the standard topping. I expressed my concern that the sub was not adequately topped, suggesting that we could have purchased bread for $2 from the nearby Longo's and prepared our own meal, thereby avoiding the expense. Additionally, the chicken teriyaki was extremely disappointing, lacking flavor and emitting a slight unpleasant odor. We spent $23 on this meal, which unfortunately resulted in stomach upset for several hours afterward. Overall, this establishment did not meet our expectations, and we will not be returning to this location at all.
