Today, December 16, 2024, at approximately 2 pm, we visited this location and ordered two foot-long subs, specifically the vege delight and chicken teriyaki. Unfortunately, the counter staff prepared the subs inadequately, applying insufficient toppings. When I brought this to her attention, she claimed that this was the standard topping. I expressed my concern that the sub was not adequately topped, suggesting that we could have purchased bread for $2 from the nearby Longo's and prepared our own meal, thereby avoiding the expense. Additionally, the chicken teriyaki was extremely disappointing, lacking flavor and emitting a slight unpleasant odor. We spent $23 on this meal, which unfortunately resulted in stomach upset for several hours afterward. Overall, this establishment did not meet our expectations, and we will not be returning to this location at all.

Nice Subway Store branch available at Hurontario and Ray Lawson Road Brampton. Staff still needs to learn little more attention to customers. Sandwich was so yummy, chicken was so delicious. Ambience was so nice and lovable. Store was maintained very neat and organized well.

I ordered a veggie sub from them on door dash and got hair in that. It’s really disgusting and disappointing. Never going to this location ever again. The hair was inside the stuffing not sure if there are more hairs inside it. Please use some work etiquette

Worst experience. Girl working there was so rude. Over toasted the sandwich and when complained, was making faces . Even the other sandwich was not good. Please respect the customers. We pay for a good meal and not an extra free sandwich. Don't know the name but she was there today at 6.30. Sorry dear but you spoiled my meal time.

Very bad experience went with sisters over there and ordered a flat bread subway reached home and opened it . It was extra toasted and extra crispy .. told the employee about this she looked at us like we are cheating I’m mean if you make it wrong it’s your responsibility to correct it . But the server was rude and kinda racist as well .

Horrible customer service, the employee taking my order was in a rush to finish and did not create an inviting atmosphere. Employees should be trained more on how to deal with customers.
The girl there at first declined my call 5 Times everytime I called the store. Then showed a bunch of attitude since I simply asked whether I can get 12 chocolate chunk cookies or not. She told me she would only give me 9 since she wants to keep extra. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have made more and made the customer in front of them their priority. Not worth coming here.

This establishment only has 1 employee even during the busiest hours. If you’re coming during peak hours, you will be waiting 20-30mins to even be served.
