Worst place to order food. Extremely poor service.
I ordered Subway through the official Subway application for delivery. My payment was accepted, so I expected proper service and correct food.
I ordered Italian Herb & Cheese bread, grilled and toasted, but the order was completely wrong. They sent normal bread, not toasted and not grilled.
When I called the store, Anmire answered the phone and her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked if the griller was not working, then it should be removed from the app. She said they were out of Italian Herb & Cheese bread, which makes no sense because it was only 8:33 PM when I ordered.
I asked for a refund since I paid through the Subway app, but she refused and told me to contact DoorDash because they delivered the order. I did not place my order through DoorDash ,I ordered directly from Subway.
She then said I could bring the food back to the store and they would “fix it,” which clearly means they do have the bread, but still chose to send the wrong order.
When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed she was the manager and said she could not help me.
This is unacceptable customer service, incorrect food, and zero accountability. I will not be ordering from this location again.

In holiday season running store with one person is not fair. Huge line up and this lady Anna Marie handling everything, she is the best but can do so much only. Owner and franchise needs to look into this. For 1 sub 27 mins not fair for anyone waiting. Put more people
