What kind of a Subway location runs out bread. I was there to grab lunch for my team and this location was out of bread. I really cannot wrap my head around this; your sole business is of selling subs (a.k.a bread) and you are out of it.

morning shift employee told me breads are baking it will be ready in 15 minutes, I waited for more then 15 minutes at the end I leave and it wasted my time she should told me it will take more then 15 minutes bad customer service

Today I visited this subway and customer service was very poor the customer service girl was busy on phone and there was no longer line but she made my sub like she is in hurry she ruined my sub. I never experience this kind of worst service ?
I visited today for dine in the store was super clean customer service of JASHAN ? was very good she is very professional & friendly I’ll love to visit again

My recent visit to Subway was utterly disappointing. I placed an online order for pickup, specifying a particular bread. However, upon arrival, I was informed they were out of that bread and replaced it with white bread without even bothering to ask me. When I requested a switch to brown bread, the associate carelessly transferred the chicken from the white bread to the brown one, and used thr white bread for the next customer, without any concern for hygiene or customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, I observed the same associate interchanging knives meant for handling meat and veggies, showing a blatant disregard for basic food safety practices. Despite the lack of a lineup and ample time, the service was shockingly negligent. Overall, it was a regrettable experience, and I would not recommend this Subway location to anyone.
