Not good i have 2 foot longs they have not added as per standards veggie in order i specially asked to add extra veggies and extra sauces

Should have just left when I got in, slow staff then they ask if you want a bag and don’t say anything about charging 25 cents for a plain brown sandwhich bag. Also asking for a 20% tip on the terminal. Ridiculous…. Will not be coming back

Just bought a foot long of the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and there are only a couple pieces of chicken in it. Doesn’t look anything like the picture and for the price it’s ridiculous. Will not be going here ever again.

if there is option for negative star i can gave that as well . I was there with my husband and she refuse to apply the coupon for build your own and gave us big veggie . i always use that coupon but she refuse to apply. worst experince ever????

I was there an hour ago , the lady refuse to apply the coupon for build your own on veggie patty . as build your own includes veggie patty as well , but she misguide us and gave us big veggie which is the part of subway series , and didnt even put extra cheese in it . Moreover she didnt even give bag. This the worst customer experince given by that girl. I think manager should train there stafff not to misguide the customers, to increase there PLU sales.I dont understand that how she can tell us that build your own doesnt include veggie patty. Worst subway ever. ????
REQUEST TO ALL JUST DON’T GO to this location has the worst customer service ever. There is this lady name KRUTIKA who doesn’t have manners to greet a customer. I placed an online order while I put some instructions along with it. Just to assist the sandwich maker I went early so that I can confirm that they are following my instructions. Instead of greeting me she asked me to come at my pick up time while there was no other customer. Then I followed her from far and saw her not following instructions at all. Then when I pointed her out then she started arguing and was very rude and mannerless. I didn’t speak at all just because she looked old. NO BAG NO NAPKINS AND I wanted some sauce on side along with sandwhich but I got next to nothing.

Did not follow the instructions of my app order. I requested my sub to have extra toasted but he didn't toast it at all. Plus there were barely any veggies even though i requested for more of cucumbers onions and olives. I will not recommend this branch to anyone. It is a total disappointment. Tasted like bread plain and sauce.
