If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The woman working there was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I ordered two sandwiches through the app, and the order got disconnected-possibly because I used a discount. What I received was completely unacceptable: no chicken, no toppings, no sauce. I basically paid for bread. I went back to the store to show her the issue, but she refused to remake the sandwiches or issue a refund. This isn't just about a bad order-it's about how poorly the situation was handled. After reading other reviews, it's clear this isn't the first time people have had issues with her behavior. I don't understand why the owner hasn't addressed this ongoing problem. Extremely disappointed.

We ordered food from this location and I’m very disappointed with the type of service I received. As they mess up my order and their staff’s response was also abrupt. The bread was dry which I can’t eat. You guys need to fix the attitude of the staff as she was behaving very unprofessionally.

Someone please tell me how 2 classic subs cost 39$ with the buy 2 get one free deal. No meatballs available. No lettuce I got the bottom of the days throwaway lettuce server try and tell me the chunk black forest ham was the same thing, yes it is black forest ham but not sliced. I even gave him a toonie cash after, as I feel this nasty location is like giving bums hand outs. Will never go back Mr.Sub where you at?

I visted yesterday and day before yesterday . The lady at the front she is so rude, don't even know how to talk with customers.
Her service is pathetic . Even ahe give me cold sandwich and when i asked for extra toppings she refused to do so.

Very disappointed with the service here. I asked Sachin (working behind the counter) if he could show me what he had put in my sub, as it looked unusually thin. Instead of responding politely, he became rude for no reason and even started involving other customers in the situation. His tone was unnecessarily aggressive and loud, making the experience very uncomfortable. This was my first visit to this Subway location — and definitely the last. Not the kind of service you’d expect from a global brand.

I am very disappointed. I just visited Subway with my son, and decided to get a six inch subway. If you noticed from the picture I got literally a pinch of cheese. Then when I asked for extra, I was told it is $1.00 extra for another pinch of cheese. I am sorry, I do not work two jobs to be robbed for food. This is disgusting and disappointing. Shame on Subway for robbing their customers. I will never ever eat at this Subway. They can keep their two sprinkle of cheese.

Today I came with a coupon buy 2 footings get one free I showed it to her she told me we don’t accept coupons she said all the other locations accept coupons but we don’t. It didn't make any sense all the subways accept coupons but not this location.
