Very disappointed with the service here. I asked Sachin (working behind the counter) if he could show me what he had put in my sub, as it looked unusually thin. Instead of responding politely, he became rude for no reason and even started involving other customers in the situation. His tone was unnecessarily aggressive and loud, making the experience very uncomfortable. This was my first visit to this Subway location — and definitely the last. Not the kind of service you’d expect from a global brand.

I am very disappointed. I just visited Subway with my son, and decided to get a six inch subway. If you noticed from the picture I got literally a pinch of cheese. Then when I asked for extra, I was told it is $1.00 extra for another pinch of cheese. I am sorry, I do not work two jobs to be robbed for food. This is disgusting and disappointing. Shame on Subway for robbing their customers. I will never ever eat at this Subway. They can keep their two sprinkle of cheese.

Today I came with a coupon buy 2 footings get one free I showed it to her she told me we don’t accept coupons she said all the other locations accept coupons but we don’t. It didn't make any sense all the subways accept coupons but not this location.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location (41 Kennedy Rd N #41, Brampton, ON L6V 1X6). I ordered a BOGO sandwich and specifically requested extra onions, lettuce, and other veggies. However, an employee named Sachin, who claimed to be the manager, refused, saying that BOGO orders only come with regular ingredients.
To make things worse, he challenged me, saying he would take me to other Subway locations to prove that no one adds extra ingredients to BOGO sandwiches. He even asked if I wanted him to come with me to check. This was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary.
On top of that, both sandwiches looked exactly the same, despite my request for extra veggies. Other Subway locations have always provided great service and accommodated my requests, but this store has been consistently disappointing. I won’t be coming back. 👎

Online orders are always the worst. Few sauces and vegetables just only eat bread. Don't recommend it.
Not good i have 2 foot longs they have not added as per standards veggie in order i specially asked to add extra veggies and extra sauces

Should have just left when I got in, slow staff then they ask if you want a bag and don’t say anything about charging 25 cents for a plain brown sandwhich bag. Also asking for a 20% tip on the terminal. Ridiculous…. Will not be coming back
