Took my 40 yo son out of his basement to come get some food and have a lovely time with us, we got there and ordered the bread was still raw it was like weat still..the food was dry

After ordering my food and catching up with old friends the manager came up to us and asked us to leave even though we were talking normally, I tried to reason with her and she basically just pushed us out and other bystanders for no reason. The food is dry, the manager was rude, and we were kicked out for nothing other than talking.Kid-friendliness: Me and my friends are minors but we are old/mature enough to understand and know our surroundings, so there is no doubt that we were kicked out for no reason other than the manager was angry for some reason. What messed with me the most was that she kicked out me and my friends as well as full grown adults. Yelling at them to “just get out”, Terrible service and attitude.

The manager of the store came up to us and she told us to put away the food because we weren’t allowed outside food in the store, which is understandable. So we put the food in the bag and say sorry. Then she yells “and your not allowed outside drinks in the store”. Then she yells “get out of the store” because we brought two drinks from a different store because the drinks from subway are three dollars (overpriced I know) but I started going off at her because I don’t know who she’s raising her voice at a 14-15 yr olds, yeah don’t go here because they’re disrespectful.

cashier is constantly talking on their phone, ignoring customers, and not providing any assistance. This kind of behavior can make customers feel ignored and frustrated. It's important for employees to prioritize their work responsibilities and provide attentive and helpful service to customers.Whatever this location is busy so they must have to train their employes to work under pressure.I will never buy anything from this location.No hygineic products.Head office of subway must be figure it because a employe use same clothe to clean garbage ben and than in unit too.Its request to my owner if you are not match to the standard than do not run this subway please.No veggies fresh no good customer service.

The manager or the bald Indian man with the glasses at the counter is rude and doesn’t know his job. He doesn’t know how to bill the coupons properly but acts as if he knows everything. Initially he said I cannot use 3 coupons in one visit. Then he said he will allow for this time. For years all the Subways have allowed more than one coupons in the same visit to me. Then without reading what each coupon states, he asked the young boy at the counter what he has done. In short, that manager does not know his job and he speaks rudely to the customers instead of gently explaining what he means. But the young boy did an excellent job by patiently billing the coupons and explaining how the coupons will be billed. 5 stars for him.

Went in at 5:00 and had to wait about 5 min to be served with no one else waiting there to be served the attendant at the counter was busy making two subs for pickup and the manager wasn't helping him. When the attendant started making our subs I asked for a meatball sub and he then proceeded to go to the back to get frozen meatballs to put in the toaster oven to cook them usually they are cooked right in the marinara sauce my mom said they were so dry that you could have choked on them. My pizza Flatbread subs also didn't have enough marinara on them and were cold when I got them home. Will not eat at another subway resturaunt this is not the first time we have had a bad experience not just at this location but also two others in brampton we will be switching to Mr sub

This franchise needs to get its act together and enforce having workable washrooms in their restaurants. The washrooms have been ‘out of order’ for months now . The real reason is that either it is not culturally acceptable for the Indian staff to clean washrooms or perhaps there are a lot of vagrants in the area that mess up the washrooms. However It is ridiculous to drive into town and not have a place to clean your hands and go to the washroom in an established restaurant like Subway after ordering food. Perhaps I will look into if there is a bylaw for this. Please open your washroom!Kid-friendliness: Fix and/or open your washrooms please!

I give one star for food because the meats in the display is so DRIED out just disgusting looking even the cheddar cheese is so DRIED OUT IT can cut you. I wouldn’t even give a star for service i am sure she heard the door bell when i walked in but never budge to come to see who was in the store after waiting she appear and was on the telephone talking to someone. I am standing there waiting for her to serve me and she still didn’t acknowledge me , i had to say i am late for work thats when she told the on the phone quote on quote”I HAVE TO GO I A CUSTOMER “ ? I don’t think she like her job or she just dont care about why customers are there. THIS SUBWAY STORE I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you are hungry and trying to grab a quick bite to eat . AVOID THIS STORE try the others.

So ridiculous guy at front how can these subway owner hire such kind of people so much unwelcoming . behave like he give me something free and mannerless guy i do not know his name but these kind of people don’t deserve such jobs .subway owner should take strict action on these i am here at 6:35 pm on 28/11/2023
