I went to Subway after 3 years, super hungry, and was really impressed! Kiran helped me and she was just wow – she really knew what she was doing and made the experience great. She didn’t even ask for a review, but I had to write one. The restaurant was clean, the service was smooth, and I’ll definitely be back to this location again.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff member (an older woman working at the time) did not change her gloves between handling non-veg and veg items. As someone who avoids meat, this was very frustrating and felt unhygienic.

Cross-contamination like this is a big deal — not just for vegetarians, but also for people with allergies or dietary restrictions. I tried to politely point it out, but there was no care taken to fix it.

Subway is usually good about food safety and cleanliness, but this really changed my perception of this location. I hope they retrain staff on proper food-handling procedures. Customers deserve better.

Worst experience I ever had. The girl who had my order was extremely rude. I placed a mobile order for two different Subway sandwiches, but she made both the same. She said she thought they were the same. When I asked her, she said it was only a small change. When I pointed out the error, she became defensive and rude, implying the mistake was mine. After an argument, she made a new sandwich, and When I asked why she hadn't followed the receipt, she replied rudely, saying she was making a new one now and snatched away the sandwich my friend was holding in her hand. My whole experience was terrible. Also, she was wearing earphones on the floor, which I don't think is acceptable and shouldn't be in the food area. The time was around 2 pm.
Never Visiting Again. Highly NOT Recommended place.

The worst subway ever, we ordered via mobile and our order was made entirely wrong, when we informed the employee that two sandwiches were different, she said she made them same accidentally as she thought they both are same and if we can accept, when we asked if i can get what i asked for instead, she literally yelled at me. I don't understand what even we did wrong here that the "customers" got yelled at, and why the workers are wearing airpods while working on the floor? we literally called her so many times to get our order, and she didn't even listen! I know she was alone on the floor, but there wasn't anyone other than us, and moreover, we are paying, we deserve to get the order that we ordered, not what you guys accidentally made.

I recently had the pleasure of trying a sub made by Kiran, and it was nothing short of extraordinary! I ordered 1 foot long and 1 6-inch sub. From the first bite to the last, it was clear that Kiran put a lot of care and expertise into crafting this delicious creation.

What truly made this sub stand out was the attention to detail in the seasoning and condiments. Kiran’s sub was a perfect example of how simple ingredients, when combined with skill and passion, can create something truly special.
