Today i visited this location (10601 chingacousy road )at 8:20pm.one girl was surviving my sandwich here name is Shargun. My daughter just order veggie delight. She is putting just cheese , latuce ,cucumber, little bit sprinkles onion ,she is asking more chipotle sause,she say no. she is behaving not good. She said to us this is our subway center rule they are not giving us more chipotle sause. Really disappointed with this girl.

Ordered a sub yesterday and there was a piece of napkin inside my sandwich as I was chewing, I had to spit it out. Very unsanitary
The girl preparing the Subways sandwiches was grumpy and the entire counter was dirty. We asked for two Italian rolls, she checked them and they were hard; you couldn't bite into them because they became even harder when heated. We asked for them as part of a combo meal and she didn't know how to charge us. You can't eat there despite the 24-hour sign; terrible service and bread quality.

Poor customer service! The 2 ladies barely even looked at me when I entered. One of them had a lot to say to the other and I had to wait for her to finish her conversation just to place my order. They did the same thing to the gentleman that walked in after me. It's really too bad!
