This store owner is too greedy for money that he/she doesn't keep veg subs, especially veggie patty during offers like buy one get one free on subway app. And when you visit the store they have veggie options with them. And when we ask them about it like veggie patty is not there in there app they say tgat they have heavy volumes of veggie patty. So what avout about veggie delite ? Big veggie? Don't say that you have shortage of veggies also.
It's your duty and responsibility to obey rules of subway.

When there's an offer for buy one get one free the owner or the manager removes veggie patty from the subway app. So we can't order it from the app but when we reach in store it's available. Employees say that it can be only ordered in person only.

Made my sandwich wrong, made me come back to prove that I wasn't lying after saying "he remembered putting in the sauce, etc." After showing up, worker insists that I am still lying and then reluctantly remakes the sandwich. Seriously thinks that I'm so poor that I need to lie about a $7 sandwich. Awful customer service.

Edit: I didnt get anything for free. In fact, I had to come back just to get what I actually ordered. Looks like other people have the same issue as I had. Maybe hire workers that can read? Maybe also take a few English classes for yourself?

Really bad experience. It was drizzling in the afternoon . They didn't even bother to put it properly. If the product is gud and the final touch is bad, u ruin the whole concept. What is happening to Canada, they don't care about customers who paid from their hard earned money. Untrained staff. Will never order from here.
