Very rude behaviour — not happy with the service. There are two women working whenever I visit, and both have been consistently impolite. Please look into this issue.
Two girls with spec were working on October 13th 2025 at 1:30AM.

Prices of the all food items are $2-$3 more than other subway stores in the area. They don’t accept coupons and offers.

The morning shift staff mopped the floor and I came in and she said wait for 5 mins , and then I ordered a sub with potato rings and she said she can’t give me potato rings but will have to take veggie patty but I ordered the same sub last week as well and then she said I never took your order before . 👎👎👎👎

One star because I can’t give zero. Even after being asked for more sauce thrice she put very less sauce it literally felt like there was no sauce at all. She was so rude when we asked to put footlong in the grill she said I can’t do that because it’s too difficult for me to open the bread then. Kept on rolling her eyes when we asked for crispy onion like you’ve put nothing but just crumbs. We asked for no tomatoes and she goes ahead and puts them in the footlong.
Not only am I not coming back but also never recommending to go to this location ever.

No hygiene at this location! Walked in and they were cleaning with chemicals. Spraying the glass where all the ingredients are kept. No gloves on with cleaning, and then she went to go rinse her hands without even using soap! Didn't even wash her hands just rinse the fingertips in like 2 seconds. You think I want to eat that food with those dirty hands?? I walked right out! I should have told them off. Have some common sense, it's people's food you are dealing with.
Pathetic staff..best place for wasting money and mood
Very poor service; staff are speaking poorly about customers coming. Came to grab lunch didn’t even bother. The staff was speaking so poorly about me thinking I didn’t understand what they were saying. When I asked for the owners number they refused to provide that.

Worst experience ever, the girl don’t know how to deal with customer, I ordered veggie patty subway and they don’t told me that they are out stock for veggie patty before making it and forced me to pay for the sub without veggie patty. Never visiting this store again…

The morning staff on around 10.30 am was misbehaving when i asked to use washroom. I was inside and she knocked again and again and said this is personal washroom not for public. She did misbehaving with others as well in front of me. Manager should take action on her.
I had a very disappointing experience during the night shift at this Subway location. The girl working at the time was extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand there may be a policy about not allowing use of the restroom without a purchase, but there is absolutely no need to raise her voice or treat people with disrespect specially delivery drivers like uber, doordash.
I witnessed her yelling in a very unpleasant manner — it was uncomfortable to watch, and completely unnecessary. Staff members should be trained to handle situations calmly and respectfully, no matter the circumstances.
I strongly recommend that management either provide proper customer service training or seriously reconsider if this person is the right fit for the job.
