Always a weird experience at this restaurant. Visited here on December 16 at 2200hours. This is a 24 hour location but the grilling machine was “turned off”. Also the washrooms are closed? This is a 24 hour location. Makes no sense. The veggies and bread for the sub were fresh though

The staff is extremely rude. I asked them to put extra sweet onion and she refused to do so. She gave me death stares just because I wanted what I am paying for. I even said charge me extra I don’t care and she said we are only allowed to give you this much. After 5 mins she squeezed half a bottle of sweet onion on 6 inches sub. She was so rude and extremely unhappy. Management here needs to work on their staff. Never coming back.

I recently visited this Subway location and had the worst experience. The staff was incredibly rude from the moment | walked in. No greeting, no smile-just cold stares. When I asked for a simple my sandwich is ready, the employee acted like I was inconveniencing them and gave me an attitude the entire time. It was clear they hac no interest in being helpful or providing any kind of decent service. The sandwich was thrown together quickly and carelessly, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. I won't be returning to this Subway anytime soon. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. Morning 6am short height and burn face girl. I request to the owner please pay attention to your employees. If you don’t they bankrupt you soon.

We just bought 2 footlongs with extra mozzarella, but when we called the store to clarify something, the girl who answered was really rude. She had no idea how to handle the situation and ended up just hanging up on us like she owned the place. If I could give a zero-star rating, I definitely would instead of even a one. Seriously, someone needs to teach that girl how to communicate with customers over the phone.

Worst customer service, arguing with customers for no reason when they ask how long it's gonna take.Have been waiting for more than 35 mins ordered online 50mins ago. Don't go here if you are in rush. They should get more people. both workers need to learn customer service etiquettes

Visited this subway around 7pm. There were only two customers myself and another guy. I ordered chicken teriyaki and the other guy ordered some veggie sub. The staff were in a hurry and they mixed up the two subs. I got the veggie sub. Worst experience I had in a subway.

The worst staff I have ever met. This was my third time visiting this location as I live near by but the staff is so bad they don’t even care to say hie or hello she said hie and I asked how are you and she didn’t even replied I mean have some manners. Customer service 0 and not very welcoming. Somebody needs to take of this behaviour as the staff is very unprofessional. Heads up be blunt with them.
