I had a disappointing experience at Subway today. One of the staff members was rude and showed an unprofessional attitude. Customers deserve to be spoken to politely and respectfully.

The counter lady was extremely rude , unprofessional, not welcoming. Upon arrival neither she didn’t acknowledged nor said hello after few minutes of waiting. She automatically assumed that we need foot long sub instead of asking. When we said that we need 6inch then she gave a weird look and you need to tell. She created a scene in front of other customers. Commented that we are thinking that they slaves. But we just wanted normal service which every customer deserves, can ask basic questions with positive attitude. We wanted to order more food but we didnt order more food due to this insulted experience.
Pathetic customer service. Would never return or recommend this location.
Even the customer behind us was 2 guys she didn’t asked them how many meal they want another sub as well then she started attending next customer and telling them i will prepare your order after this customer.
If you cant treat the customers with respect then no point to expect the repeat business without Hospitality in food industry.

It is the worst Subway restaurant I ever visited. Firstly the staff is mannerless. They don’t know how to talk or behave with the customers, simply kept talking among themselves. Secondly they have a know it all attitude which is fine if they actually know how to make the sandwiches, but apparently they don’t. The owner should teach employees to deal with customer.
