I ordered 6 inch veggie delight. The bread was so hard to eat. It wasn’t fresh at all. No sauce was added despite asking. The worst sandwich I ever had. Wasted my money today. This def should be escalated. I want a manager to call me.

The worst Subway branch that I have ever visited. I was served by Manmeet who processed an order of a footlong peri peri chicken in herb and garlic bread. When she put the chicken she stingily put 2 scoops that I was informed are standard subway procedures. However, the 2 scoops were not put well and lead to scanty space on the bread. When you visibly notice that there are just 4 small pieces of chicken on one side, its evident that the portion was not properly scooped out. Thereafter I chose my veggies , and please note I did not select all. After that I went ahead to put sauces and again she stingily put a line each but refused to put the 6th line of sauce that I requested and I anyways let it go (which lead to me not enjoying my meal and literally eating bread). She even turned around and said this is all you get online - buddy if I had to order online I wouldn't stand in person in front of you(id rather have subway give the commission to skip,uber eats and door dash). In hindsight, that would be a more pleasant experience.
After I let it go, she was frustrated and removed her anger on the food itself and it was not a pleasant sight. I was going to order a drink and chips, however decided not to after that attitude. I think she should definitely be sent over for training with regards to customer service and efficiency in managing a subway branch because she clearly does not seem to be fit for this role.
If your staff has an attitude problem and does not wish to serve, I do not think one should recruit them. Anyway- I went to Walmart right after and bought a footlong of herb and cheese at 1/3rd the price since that's what I just ate. I have paid in full price... why shouldn't I be served in full? Very sad to see this kind of behavior at subway. One of my first bad experiences at subway but guess ill be going lesser for sure and definitely not to this branch. You have one less loyal customer hereon !

I recently visited this Subway and had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff member, Manpreet, displayed a complete lack of customer service. Even though I was first in line, she spent the entire time talking to her friends, completely ignoring me and other customers. To make matters worse, she was giving free food to her friends while doing nothing to properly serve paying customers.
My sandwich was poorly prepared—half-toasted and missing several sauces I had requested. The overall experience felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. It was clear that her focus was entirely on socializing with her friends rather than doing her job or ensuring customer satisfaction.
I hope management is aware of this behavior, as it reflects very poorly on the location and the Subway brand as a whole. Customers expect attentive, courteous service, and this experience was the opposite. I would not recommend visiting this location until significant improvements are made in staff behavior and customer service.

The girl working in evening named Harmanjot is really rude and ill mannered. She needs classes for customer services. She treats everyone disrespectfully. Never ever coming back to this location because of her.

I ordered footlong sandwich from them and they also charged me for footlong.But they sent me 6 inch sandwich.
They are always out of veggie patties.
I even call them that my order is wrong they were not even sorry for that.Only tell me to take credit from DoorDash.Its not about credits it’s about what I have ordered and what I have received.It anyone is hungry then they ordered footlong but you are not even satisfied with quantity.
Really disappointing.

On June 23rd 2025, 12PM, I walked in and bought a wrap, I asked for ketchup after paying and receiving the wrap, the girls answer shocked me as they don’t give out ketchup for wrap and subs, Later she said that that its given for potato rings, And on top of that one girl, who was lean and tall out of 3 dictated me to add bbq sauce in the wrap while the wrap was already made and in my hand. She also mentioned that its an instruction from the owner. Very ridiculous answer and her attitude was not even near to a person who works in a costumer service environment and turning face to the next customer without a proper response.

Probably the worst Subway in Brampton. I ordered 3 times from this location hoping they will not mess up each time but i was wrong.

These guys are crooks and these guys are liars, especially when it comes to the tuna when I ask this particular employee for full scoops because she only gives me half scoops, she likes to play like they don’t understand what I’m saying and then when I confront them with it and they just say I don’t know what to do There is no integrity anymore. There’s no decency anymore. There’s no standard anymore. I understand this is not a five star restaurant but at the end of the day this is a fast food restaurant are you trying to tell me there’s no standard anymore if that’s the case then all hopes are lost here. You cannot charge someone full price and you’re not giving 100% of your service. if you are saying $15 for Four scoops that means that you have to give four full scoops meaning that each scoop of tuna should take the shape of the scoop spoon you’re using… I don’t wanna see no air space or half ass scoops.
Got very nice service from harmanjot kaur as well as she made our sandwich very good
Harmanjot gave us exceptional customer service and she prepared our food very neatly.
