I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The customer service is absolutely terrible — the staff are rude, unprofessional, and seem to have no idea how to treat customers with respect. I tried calling the business multiple times to resolve an issue, and no one ever picked up the phone. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant to completely ignore its customers like this. The employees also clearly need better training on how to communicate properly and handle basic service situations. I’ve never experienced such poor service from a Subway before, and it’s extremely frustrating. I expect better from a well-known brand like Subway. I would really appreciate it if the owner could contact me directly to discuss this issue and make things right.

As paying customers, we expect at least basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking during my visit.

Supposed to close at 1030pm as per the information posted on the door and on-line. Went there multiple times around 9:50-10:00 pm and the lights were off, the open sign was off and the door was usually locked. Today the door happened to be unlocked the staff advised me that they were closed and management hasn't updated the hours
I think that is highly unlikely and the staff have poor customer service skills.
After reading the reviews I'm glad I didn't give them my business.

Subway here is clean and okay. But the employees have no personality as if they’re sick of their life.
They barely put anything and I have to continue requesting them to add more lettuce which btw is old maybe couple hours old( not refrigerated)
The cucumber is so old, dehydrated and transparent. Nothing tasted fresh at ALL.
The lady with glasses is hardly adds anything to the sub you less you ask her to.
Seriously the employees have been there for over a year and are the most miserable middle aged women I’ve ever seen. The Employer should lay them off and get new and younger staff.
This subway also ask for tips. Like seriously you guys are a fast food chain, not a restaurant.

I had a horrible experience at Subway recently. The girl who made my sandwich completely messed up my order—they switched the bread and meat, and it was nothing like what I asked for. I called them three times, and they kept promising to call back, but I never heard from them. When I finally got through again, the same girl insisted that she made it correctly, even though I have a picture showing otherwise.
This is a pathetic way to treat customers. It’s no surprise they have such bad reviews—this place really needs to step up its game. Extremely disappointed!

The sandwich is very tasty, stuffed with fresh veggies. Customer service is excellent. The girl named nagam working during the lunch is nice and very quick. She helped me in ordering food. Good atmosphere.
