I order online on Jan 24 2026. But they prepared wrong bread type and when I called back to let them know and the lady on phone way of taking very unprofessional and rude.

I went there to pick up my online order and the lady working there she said show the last credit card digit i showed her then i showed her transaction too. The thing is i don't have a last name so on order there was name No last name she started saying show you'r id i did she still didn't gave the order she's like i have to cancel it.
Such a bad experience.

I came at 1 dec 5:20 i ordered a veg sub what she served me is a bread tht is not properly baked. Nd i ask to chop veggies she said no was so rude and she told me tht u can put review whatever u want. She must know how to handle a guest or evn how to respect. 0 customer service. If i can talk to the manager of this branch tht will be good.. thnx to manager in advance.

As an Uber driver. I got to the store about 8 mins after getting the order. There was a customer when I reached which the girl was serving and I patiently waited for my order. I thought, my oder would be taken next since they have got the order minutes ago.
But she took next customer when I was still waiting and I had to cancel the order. Very poor service.

Absolutely the worst subway I have ever gone to. My sister ordered online, but she used my name and when I went to go pick up the order, I had the confirmation number and my id with me. THEY MADE ME GET MY SISTERS CREDIT CARD INFO!!!! What a horrible establishment. At the end of it all there was also some chips and a drink with the order we had and they did not have the fountain drink we asked for and then when I asked if I could get a bottled version of that drink they said no. Worst subway ever! Do not go there it is not worth your time! The worst part is that the bread tasted stale and the meat in the sub had a weird texture to it
