Very bad customer service 😒I don't know the name of the employee but she was wearing glasses, her behavior was so rude and also she don't know how to talk with customers.

Absolutely the worst subway I have ever gone to. My sister ordered online, but she used my name and when I went to go pick up the order, I had the confirmation number and my id with me. THEY MADE ME GET MY SISTERS CREDIT CARD INFO!!!! What a horrible establishment. At the end of it all there was also some chips and a drink with the order we had and they did not have the fountain drink we asked for and then when I asked if I could get a bottled version of that drink they said no. Worst subway ever! Do not go there it is not worth your time! The worst part is that the bread tasted stale and the meat in the sub had a weird texture to it

Price too much high
Asking for 3-piece of Id for online paid order?? Seriously? You can ask the order number or you can ask for the email, but who the hell ask for credit card picture and government issued id? What the purpose of order number on the app then? Ridiculous.
One of the worst location of Subway.
For online order they ask for 3 pieces : Government issue ID. Credit card what I used on Li e and third order email. All three - no other options. If you ask - then they say store policy. What I ask my wife to pick up the order. Very rude staff when I asked I want to check my order as they have not written anything on packing which order is what. Never going again.
Didn’t have the option to rate negative , worst customer service ever, i think the fault is of the owners, girl was so busy and working alone, i think that’s why she was frustrated, they should have hire more people as the location is busy, Doesn’t recommend to anyone, please go to any other subway but not this one.

Got footlong today, Girl serving was very rude and she was rude with other people too and was passing comments on customers. They didn’t even have breads baked. Worst location
There are more expensive than the other subways, and on top of that they are charging more than what is displayed on the price list. They are looting customers. Always check your bill here what they are charging you on your card
How can you guys deny giving a little sauce onside especially when I asked it was for my kid who is going to eat the sandwich later in the day?? Employee told me that they have been told by manager not to give sauce on side instead on the sandwich (extra on the bread will make the sandwich too saucy). Such a CHEAP mentality of manager just to save a penny!!
I recently placed an online order under the name AK for two veggie subs. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. The subs were not prepared as per the customizations requested—some sauces were missing, and the portion of veggies didn’t align with the order details. I believe there’s room for improvement to ensure that orders are prepared accurately. Hoping for a better experience next time! Thank you
