How can you guys deny giving a little sauce onside especially when I asked it was for my kid who is going to eat the sandwich later in the day?? Employee told me that they have been told by manager not to give sauce on side instead on the sandwich (extra on the bread will make the sandwich too saucy). Such a CHEAP mentality of manager just to save a penny!!
I recently placed an online order under the name AK for two veggie subs. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. The subs were not prepared as per the customizations requested—some sauces were missing, and the portion of veggies didn’t align with the order details. I believe there’s room for improvement to ensure that orders are prepared accurately. Hoping for a better experience next time! Thank you

I left the store after eating out at 10:20 on October 9 , and the lady who was serving three of us didn't greet at all , no smiles , no answers to any questions and busy on her i watch all the time while she wasn't putting away veggies on our sub and not really a pleasant experience for that one at all. I am a big fan of Subway, and this location was a complete disappointment to the brand name

I asked foot long chicken teriyaki and advised To cut it in half with chicken only on one side, but sales person denied that request. 9/21 -5:30pm
I am regular customer not one time. Today afternoon I visited this location . I ordered two footlong sandwiches . The bread is burnt and its all black , hard and not the quality what we eat . I told to front lady instead of seeing or paying attention on my complaint she is making accuse its always be like that nothing wrong with bread. That is not customer service. Also she told when we were making why don't you see the breads. If i need to check breads before what is there duties . Why those kind of staff hired by business owners who are not checking food or products quality before serving the customers.
there customer service is less than zero. Sometimes mistake happens but instead paying attention on customer complaints they giving them attitude. Very unprofessional customer service they should learned how to deal with guest and how to greet.

Ordered 6" Sub, She was on phone call, after waiting came back, we ordered sub and told not to add Onions, She added Onions, I asked to make another sub, she removed onions from that sub, and messed it up, Worst service ever. Not come back to this store again.

The lady who served us did not want to be at work. She looked miserable, she had no customer service mannerisms. She didn't even follow directions for the toppings and over did it with the salt. I wanted to leave without taking the sub, and I should have. It's not edible. Extremely disappointing from start to finish.
Staff has really bad behaviour I came first and she take another customer who came after me.

Very worst service. Lady who works in that shop , she burned my cheese and did not listen my topping details. She did not toast the veggie Pattie. After I ate the veggie delight with that not properly toasted Pattie, , was having mild stomach pain. She wasted my money.
Whenever I ordered it online, always they don’t put all the ingredients. They don’t put enough sauce and always forget to put salt and pepper, even if I put in the instructions.
